He shut his eyes, “I love when you say my name.”

He pulled out of her slowly and then pulled her pants back up, “Don’t wash me off you.”

He rubbed his fingers over her pants and she moaned at how sensitive it was.

When he seemed satisfied, he stood and winked at her, “I won’t wash you off me either.”

She watched as he pulled on a pair of tight, black boxer briefs that hugged his ass and cock perfectly and then shoved his legs into black slacks.

She got up on her elbows as he dressed in a suit that fit him like a glove.

She finally stood as he grabbed a blue silk tie and started tying it.

He watched her in the mirror as he tied it and straightened it.

She bit her lip, “You are sexy.” She wished she looked half as sexy as he did right now.

She felt unequal to him in that moment. He reminded her of her dad. In his expensive suit, and with her wearing the same clothes she had worn the day before, she felt like she was that little girl again, begging for her father to love her. To see her.

It brought up some insecurities she didn’t realize she had. And as she watched him finish dressing, she wanted to turn away from him. To leave and never look back.

But something held her in place and here he was, looking like a fucking god.

A sexy as hell, muscular and delicious looking god.

He met her eyes in the mirror as she struggled to keep from fixing her clothes.

She failed at it. She ran her hands over her shirt and tried to finger comb her hair, needing to do something. To fix herself in the reflection she saw.

He turned from the mirror, concern on his face, “Baby? What’s wrong?”

She shook her head, “Nothing.”

He walked over to her, “This isn’t nothing. Babe, what is going on in that gorgeous head of yours?”

She looked up at him, “I don’t know. I feel inadequate or insecure. You are so just grown up and sexy and I just feel like a little girl in the same clothes I had on yesterday. It’s stupid. I don’t even know.”

He touched her face softly, “Baby. You are the fucking sexiest woman I have ever seen in my life. With or without clothes. Wearing the same clothes from yesterday or not. You are not inadequate. Ever. If someone made you feel this way when you were younger, it makes me want to break things. Knowing that someone would ever hurt you this way.”

She blinked at him and he shook his head, “You are perfect in every single way to me. I love everything about you.”

She let out a small gasp, “You just met me yesterday.”

He shrugged, “Ask me how much I care. I knew it from the start. I love you baby. You are the only woman I have ever seen. The only one I have ever wanted. And it wasn’t because you were wearing a cheering uniform. Or that you have lots of money or have no money. It wasn’t for your job or your experiences in life. It wasn’t from my experiences. It was because my soul and heart recognized their other half. That they knew they were finally whole. I could care less if I have to tell you this every day so you see it and understand. I don’t want you to question who you are to me. How much I love you. How I long to make you mine in every single way. How I know this is crazy to most people. I don’t care though. It’s only you and me here. No one else. They don’t matter in the scheme of things. So if you feel inadequate, don’t. You are perfect and you are mine. As I am yours. Everything I have, I want to share with you. All of it. I don’t ever want to have you feel less than. You are more than I could have ever hoped for.”

She felt a tear slip free, “You are a dream. A phantom. Men like you don’t really exist.”

He smiled, “You know I’m real babe.”

She smiled at his little quip and he gathered her in his arms, “Don’t question this again. You are too important to me to lose you. To have you not believe me. I may look like I’m someone important, but I’m really nothing and no one. You are the one I’m jealous of. That you have this amazing job that has men all over the country seeing your beautiful face and body. I am the one who is inadequate in that regard.”

She kissed him, “If you don’t want me to say it, then you don’t either. Don’t insult the man I love.”

He looked down at her, his gorgeous brown eyes smiling, “You said you loved me.”

She felt the heat rush to her cheeks, “I guess I did.”

“Do you understand why I don’t want you to talk down on yourself now?”
