Avery’s eyes went wide and she shook her head, making Sean smile.

It didn’t reach his eyes, but she leaned away from him.

Jessica put her hand on her shoulder, “You must be completely insane if you think I would allow you to marry my granddaughter.”

Sean fixed the cuffs of his suit coat, then straightened his tie, “I think you will find you have no choice in the matter. You see, Jessica,” he sneered her name, “Your son did more damage than you even realized. And because of that, he owes me. Not just the company, -which he is going to sign over to me,- and he is going to leave everything to me because I will be saving his life. I am going to take his daughter as collateral so he doesn’t try to do anything stupid, and the same goes for you. You won’t be able to come after me, or the company because I will have her. When everything goes the way I want, I will eventually give her back. But not before I’m done with her.”

He looked down at her with his cold eyes, making Avery barely hold back a shiver.

Avery looked up, seeing Jessica glare at Ashton, “What did you do? You are further in debt than you said?”

Ashton looked away, “Maybe.”

Sean laughed, “He is in debt to his eyeballs to the mob. They are coming after his head. And that of his wife and boys. Thankfully, they knew nothing of Avery, or they would be after her as well.”

He reached down, running a finger over Avery’s face, making her jerk away from him.

He grabbed a lock of her pink hair, “I am saving you all from the embarrassment of having your son ending up dead and your family humilated when the press finds out. I will keep the company running smoothly, and eventually, you will have your granddaughter back. In one piece. More or less. She just needs to give me an heir, and she is all yours again.”

Avery glared at her father, and Sean said, “Ashton assures me that Avery hasn’t dated before and that she is pure. I know that she hasn't been with someone. So I know the heir she gives me is mine."

Avery paled, glaring at Ashton even more, "He was wrong. I'm not a virgin anymore and I may even be pregnant with his baby now."

Sean whipped his head around, his eyes narrowed at her, "When did this happen?"

She folded her arms, "Two days ago. I met the love of my life and I gave him all of me. More than once."

Sean's eyes were hot with anger, and he looked up at Ashton, "Did you know this?"

Ashton shook his head, "I swear I didn't. She has never even looked at a guy twice. I have been keeping tabs on her for a while. I didn't know or I would have stopped her."

Sean ran a hand through his perfectly combed hair, messing it up, and he turned away. Then turned back to them, "The deal is off. You promised me that she was untouched and now she has been soiled. I don't want soiled goods."

Ashton sputtered for a minute, "But, what about my money? Or the company? What about that?"

"The company is going to be mine. I will have it still. But the money you were going to get is not. You will have to deal with the mob yourself."

Ashton pulled the gun out of his pocket, "You can’t go back on your word! I will die!”

Sean just shrugged, even though the barrel of the gun was pointed at him.

“Your end of the deal was null and void the minute your daughter lost her value to me.”

Ashton’s eyes were slits, “I don’t give a fuck. She is still of use to you. Her pussy is just as good now as it was before she stopped being a virgin. Come on, I don’t want to beg, but I will.”

Sean shook his head, “I will always wonder if the heir she gives me is mine or just a bastard. The deal isoff,” he said with a sneer. “I hold the cards here. Not you. You didn’t keep a good enough eye on her, or this wouldn’t have happened. You promised me a virgin and I’m not getting one. So, wave your gun around Ashton all you want, we both know you don’t have the balls to use it.”

Ashton’s fingertip turned white, “I need that money! You fucker! You promised me that you would keep me alive!” He put pressure on the trigger, hitting Sean in the stomach, then the leg.

Sean fell back with a crash, crying out and the women screamed, but Will stood, rushing Ashton, making the gun go off again, but it didn’t hit any of them.

Will and Ashton fought for supremacy, and the gun went off again, making Aynsley cry out in fear for Will, but once again the bullet went wide, but it hit the pilot in the back of his shoulder, making him cry out and slump forward, blood spurting from the wound, and down his back.

But the angle of the gun was weird, and the bullet came out higher than it had gone in, hitting the control panel of the plane.

Ashton was so shocked, that he let the gun go, and Will had it in hand, hitting Ashton in the head with the butt of it, making him fall to the floor, unconscious.

The plane started to dip and weave, and the girls screamed as it did.
