She put him into low brain spasms. “I never stood a chance. My heart was lost at the first sight of you.”

She moaned when he took the bud of one soft mound into his mouth and began to gently suckle. He meant to go slowly, but Grace was a little ball of heat.

She arched her body, yearning for him.
He was not a romantic by nature, would not spout flowery words to describe her, but poetic thoughts now filled his head.
She was a swan.
A dove.
An angel.
His perfect rose.
He watched her lick her lips.
She purred like a kitten in her soft, breathy way.
Her eyes were beautifully wild when she opened them and looked at him. “Deklan, please.”
“Let yourself go, love.”
She gave her lips another lick. “I…something’s happening…”
“I know, sweetheart. You are almost there.” He knew the moment her body erupted in flames, for he caught the hot, sweet scent of her arousal and felt her body shudder as he held her in his arms.
Heat tore through him as he watched her soar heavenward.
But he’d promised himself he would wait before claiming her innocence. So instead of succumbing to his animal need, he held her and caressed her until she collapsed against him, now in her final throes of passion.
She said nothing for the longest moment, spent and simply holding onto him.
Nor did he speak, for it took all his effort to contain his own throbbing ache.
“Oh, my heavens. Deklan, is it always like this?”
