“In a manner of speaking,” Roxy answered at the

same time Naamah said, “Shut your mouth, Otherkin.”

“How’d you find me?” Roxy asked. Someone had

sent these creatures to find her, in order to find Dana.

“It was easy enough to ask around, Otherkin. Your

name, your face…they’re well known among the

Topworld grunts.” Again with the creepy smile. “Big

Ralph had a great deal to say. Amazing how much a

man will talk when you got your mouth around his—”

Roxy shuddered and cut her off. “Thanks. I can do
