“Yes, Sir, I cannot think of anything else,” I said.

“Then we will begin our lessons. Have you fed?”

“Yes, Sir.” My brother, Nolan, made certain to fuck me well upon rising and I was pulsating with energy. He was the only one who lived with Ara as I did. Although, my other brothers visited quite often if only to fuck me.

“I can tell. Though you should feed from me before the night is out. When dragons feed from each other, we increase our overall strength."

“Yes, Sir.” I was looking forward to having sex with Tylendel again. He was the first man to ever enter me, and the memory of his cock inside of me was still fresh in my mind.

“Rise,” Tylendel commanded, and I did, standing before him. He was about an inch or two taller than I was and he looked spectacular in his golden toga with its pretty jewels. “Dragons can change forms, were you aware?”

I shook my head. “No, Sir. What kind of forms? Can you transform into a dragon beast?”

“Only the King can take such a form, best you not enrage the King to find out. For all dragons, they have their forms they can take for battles that hardens their flesh with dragon scales,” Tylendel said, then he began to transform before my very eyes.

I watched in utter fascination as his shoulders, arms, thighs, and calves began to grow scales that seemed to reflect the color of a rainbow in the light of the flames from the torches. Scales also grew along the sides of his torso and over his pecs and abdomen. His eyes burned a fiery red and his teeth grew into sharp points, but the most magnificent thing of all were his wings. They protruded from his back in all of their splendor with the span that rivaled any bird’s. They were a dark green, almost blueish in color and looked like that of a bat’s almost. Only there were those pretty scales protecting them. There were two points on his wings that held what looked like horns or thick, sharp claws. One at the high arch and the other at the end tip. I was simply in awe of him.

“As a Knight, I possess wings, which stand as a high honor amongst our kind,” Tylendel said.

“May I touch them, Sir?” I asked. I was completely awestruck as I circled around him, examining his scales and wings.

“You may,” Tylendel said.

I ran my fingers over the pretty scales, feeling how smooth and hard they were, like granite. They looked almost like polished stones and were just as beautiful. I then ran my fingertips over his wings. They had an almost leathery feel to them where the scales did not protect the flesh. But even that part felt durable. He really was a marvel.

“Can… can you rise in the sky like a bird, Sir?” I asked.

“I can ascend to the sky with ease, both with or without using my wings. That is what I want to teach you tonight, how to levitate. It is a skill all dragons possess, and we are the only beings who can do so,” Tylendel said, then he began to transform back into his human form and I released his wing I had been examining. I watched in sheer fascination as the scales retreated back into his flesh and how his wings shrunk until they too had returned to their place inside his back.

“Does it hurt to transform, Sir?”

Tylendel shook his head. “It does not. In fact, it is very exhilarating.”

“How do I do that, fly, Sir?” I asked. Being a half dragon, I was now worried that I wouldn’t possess the same skills, and what a disappointment that would be. To be denied the ability to dance with the stars or ascend past the clouds.

Tylendel placed his hand on my chest. “You must feel your power and that is the way you will be able to control it. Everything you do is through sheer will. In all honesty, a being such as yourself should not even exist. A dragon-vampire creature, and you may possess the powers of both. As a vampire, you have speed that rivals ours. You can also know the thoughts of men, which we cannot. You can also control the will of humans, and we cannot. However, vampires can be killed far easier than we can. I wonder if you have our defense.”

“I do not know, Sir.”

“Silver is our enemy, but for vampires, it can be deadly. For dragons, it’s a painful annoyance. The only thing that can pierce our hearts or shatter our bones is a weapon made from dragon bones.”

“My Father once ripped my jaw from me,” I said, remembering Ara’s extremely painful punishment.

Tylendel arched an eyebrow in what I could only recognize as surprise. “Did he now?”

I nodded. “It was very excruciating waiting for my bone to grow back.”

“You must have really angered him. A vampire King or Queen is the only being I know of that is strong enough to break through a dragon’s bone. Of course, the dragon would have to be young, a few centuries at best. One such as myself would not face that sort of situation,” Tylendel said. “And the fact that you are only half dragon, I’m sure your bones are not as strong as a full-blooded dragon. However, the older you get, the more sex you have with me, the stronger you will become. You should be mindful of that.”

I would. Now, I wanted to see just how strong my bones were. When fighting Titus, I was bruised and battered, but I didn’t suffer any broken bones. Not even when he had stabbed me, as my bones remained intact. As for silver, I needed to know just how deadly it was to me.

“How would I know if silver could kill me?” I asked.

“Let us find out,” Tylendel said, then before I could react, he stabbed me with a silver knife he’d pulled from his side belt. I screamed as the blade pierced my flesh and slipped past my rib cage to puncture my heart. The pain was so intense and unrelenting as the silver burned my flesh. I grabbed his arm, trying to force him to remove the blade from my heart.

Finally, after what seemed like forever, he pulled the knife free and wiped the blade clean with the fabric of his toga before sheathing it. I fell to one knee, a hand over my chest, gripping the wound and adding pressure. I was gasping for air that I didn’t need, but it felt like I did. The pain was like a fire in my chest, rolling over and over in waves until it grew smaller and smaller and petered out.

I looked up at Tylendel, enraged that he had nearly killed me. “Does my Father know that you had planned to be so reckless with his son?” I snapped.
