Well, I certainly didn’t need anything painted at the moment. The sad thing was, John wasn’t even worth more to his family dead. Not with that measly twenty-five grand payout. He had large expenses and not enough skills or education to get a job that could help him with those expenses.
I sighed as I rose from the chair. He also jumped to his feet. I reached into my suit jacket, pulling out my wallet. I began flipping through some bills.
“Oh no, Mr. Tamir, I can’t. I already owe you five thousand,” John said with a shake of his head.
I snorted. “I know how much you owe me.” I pulled out twenty-five thousand and extended it to him. “This is what your life is worth according to your life insurance company. Now, it’s mine.” When he didn’t reach for the money, I arched an eyebrow. “Don’t insult me.”
With a shaking hand, he reached out, taking the bills from my hand. “What… what do you want from me for this?”
I chuckled. “What could you possibly give me outside of a sloppy blowjob that I might want or need?” I asked him.
He looked down at my crotch and I could tell the thought of giving me a blowjob was crossing his mind. Again, I laughed.
“You’re not my type,” I said. I looked back at the closed door of his daughter’s bedroom. “Don’t concern yourself with her medical bills. I will take care of those.” I turned back to him. “Just make sure she pulls through. In the meantime, if I ever need you for any reason… any reason at all, you must come. You owe me.”
He released a sigh of relief. “Oh, thank you, Mr. Tamir. Bless you.”
“You may not be as grateful when I call upon you to cash in my favor,” I warned him.
He looked up at me, our eyes locked. “For my family, I will do anything.”
Words I liked to hear. I nodded, then slipped my wallet back inside my suit pocket and took a gander at my watch. Best I head home to shower quickly and dress. Didn’t want to be late for my date. I turned and made my way to the front door. “A pleasure to meet you, Mrs. Millson,” I called out, but didn’t wait for a response before I left. It was refreshing to breathe in the crisp air after inhaling the sickly air of that apartment. I made my way to my car and Shi was standing outside, holding the door open.
“He’s still alive, isn’t he, my King?” she asked, a smirk on her face, teasing me.
I rolled my eyes, then climbed inside. “Smartass.”
I could hear her laughing as she closed the door, then climbed into the passenger seat. Nadia started the engine and we were off. They knew me better than the rest of my pride, seeing as they were the two I kept at my side at all times. I was sure Shi knew exactly what she was doing when she had brought John Millson’s name up to me earlier. She knew I’d turn to mush and help out a human down on all of his luck. Shi was a slick one.
“Shi, when we get home, have Eliza set up an account to take care of Allison Millson’s medical bills. Get her some better equipment and a nurse to stay with the family seven days a week,” I said.
“How much in the hole are you?” Shi asked with a short giggle.
I sighed. “About thirty thousand. But I gained a life and favor out of it, so I’m not too put out.”
“Gorgeous, rich, and business savvy. I hope your date tonight appreciates all of that,” Nadia said.
“He’d be a fool not to,” I replied. It was my second date with Michael Lancer, a car salesman who had sold me a luxury limo a month ago. I was hoping tonight would be the night he’d give up that plump ass. The son of a bitch was being stubborn with the goods, but I was sure I’d be able to work him over soon enough.

“I don’t think we should see each other again,” Michael said after taking a sip of the very expensive champagne I had ordered. No wonder he’d told the waiter to give him more time to mull over the menu he hadn’t bothered to open.
“May I ask why?” I took a sip of the champagne and stared at him over the rim of my glass.
“To be honest, you’re just out of my league,” he said.
Well, that was the first time I’d heard that excuse. Most people would be trying their hardest to reel in a big fish like me. On the surface, I was a fully legit business man with all the right connections. I should make his ass pay for the champagne with the commission he made on the sale of my limo. He could have told me this bullshit over the phone and saved me the trouble of coming all this way. To be honest, I was more annoyed than insulted. I wasn’t all that into the guy, I just wanted to fuck him because his ass looked great and I wanted to see what my cock would look like between his tanned cheeks. But that was about it.
I sighed and took one more sip of my champagne before removing my wallet. I placed three thousand dollars on the table, enough for the bubbly and the tip. “Well, you’re right about that,” I said before rising and walking away from the table. I was texting Nadia to meet me out front as I made my way to the exit. It’d been about three weeks since I’d fucked someone and my balls had that certain tingle in them that let me know I was overdue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t going to be with Michael. It didn’t take long before my ladies pulled up and Shi opened the door for me. I climbed inside and made myself comfortable on the seat.
“Didn’t go well?” Shi asked.
“Fucker dumped me,” I said.
“Want me to skin him alive?” Nadia offered. She said it as a joke, but I knew she’d have no problem following through if that was what I really wanted.
I chuckled. “Naw, leave him be. He missed out because I was going to fuck him silly. He was going to be dreaming about my cock long after I had broken up with him.”
