I would break, so they would remain whole.
I would break, simply because it was about time I learned how.
My cousin Carter kept disappearing, which worried me. I had no idea who was watching her movements, or if there was more to her connection with the Ferros that we needed to look into. But my search for her had me over in her side of the manor, which is where the twins found me.
“What are you doing here?” Gio asked, popping a piece of candy into his mouth. He wore almost all black, just like his brother who wouldn’tmeet my eyeline.
Fluffing another cushion on Carter’s couch, I grabbed her throw blanket to fold it and lay it over the back. “I’m looking for Carter. She hasn’t been around the last few days, and when I do see her, she’s passed out in here. I’m worried about her.”
Kingston toyed with one of the plates left on the coffee table that had a half-eaten burrito on it. “Well, I saw her car leave about an hour ago. She’s likely gone for the night.”
It was almost nine at night, so that made sense if she just left and hadn’t returned yet.
“Well…I was actually going to come and find you guys after I checked on her.”
Kingston walked the plate to the sink and soaked it before asking in a sharp tone, “And what exactly were you expecting once you did find us?”
I hated when he acted like this. Scotty told me to let them go, and maybe I should, but it wouldn’t be without a fight. “I wanted to apologize. I know you guys need to be able to share things on your own terms and not be rushed.”
Gio hummed before popping another candy in his mouth. Kingston glanced over at the stairs before hitting the light switch and walking around the counter to gently hold my hand.
“Have you ever seen the view from this wing’s fourth floor?”
I held on to him as he led us upstairs. Gio followed us up, tipping his head every few minutes to toss more candy back. “I didn’t know this wing had a fourth floor.”
We continued scaling each step, passing the second floor, and then once we were on the third, there was a door I’d never tried that Kingston opened. A new set of stairs appeared made of different, more raw finished wood. “Yeah, my dad told me about it. I guess it has its own loft that takes up the entire floor.”
Sure enough, once we crested the top of the stairs, there was an entire furnished room before us. Various, thick rugs softened the space, along with deep armchairs, a long couch and by the window, a chaise lounge. Bookshelves ran along the back wall, a desk was in thecenter, and then on the opposite side, double glass doors that opened to a balcony.
Kingston released me and I made my way over, placing my hands on the bronze handles and pushing them open. Cool air grazed my face and hair as I stepped out onto the small cement perch with an iron railing.
Leaning my forearms against it, I stared over at the top of the barn, smiling at this view. I hadn’t known the farmhouse was this easy to spot from here.
“Wow.”
A dim light was clicked on somewhere behind me and then I felt them. Two hands landed on either side of my body. “Gorgeous, but it doesn’t come close to the view we have.”
With a smile and a tiny flutter in my chest, I turned around. The wind caught their hair, tossing it around the smallest bit, and I decided I’d cling to this memory forever. I’d always remember a set of amber eyes and starry gray that devoured me in a way that felt as though they’d pull my heart from my chest if they could.
What I saw there was unspoken but starved. A desperation I had inside me as well.
Curiosity threaded with absolute need.
Kingston’s hand came to my jaw, pulling me into the room where our mouths slammed against one another in a rush. Our heads moved side to side as our tongues slid against one another, heated and wet.
A moan slipped past my lips as Gio’s hands came around my chest, and instead of unbuttoning my pajama shirt, he yanked it apart, which sent the buttons in every direction. I didn’t wear a bra, so my breasts were in his palms within seconds, while his twin continued to kiss me urgently and angrily.
There was so much venom under Kingston’s tongue. It felt like every kiss was followed with a bite, and as unfamiliar as it was, it was also completely him. We needed this, to have our fight and argue with our limbs, and hopefully this would end with both ofthem finally taking that thing inside me that I’d always wanted them to have.
Kingston’s mouth kept moving, but I was distracted by how Gio dropped behind me. His fingers were warm as they yanked my shorts and underwear down my legs. With a hiss, he gripped the globes of my ass. He played with them, lightly slapping and hissing as I felt them jiggle. I didn’t have very much body fat, but my ass was the one place it went when I was able to keep it on. Scotty had helped me change my training schedule to be less rigorous because it was almost impossible to keep up with the calorie intake, especially when I wanted to add in farmhouse work.
Seemed the slowdown was helping.
“Gonna spread you, Pres, be a good girl and stand there for us,” Gio rasped before he separated my cheeks and began licking along my crack. My eyes shot open, and I found Kingston already watching me with a wicked smile.
He also lowered to his knees, and while his brother licked me from behind, with his eyes on me, he gripped my thighs and used his tongue to lightly lap at my clit, then spear through my folds.
It felt unreal to have the two of them tasting me and moving their tongues over such sensitive places. Even more so was that they seemed to enjoy it as their groans began increasing with the speed of which they licked.
