Jacob’s strokes were slow and deep. With each stroke, he continued to hit my spot. He was so deep that I could feel his dick in my stomach. I deepened the arch in my back and bit down on the pillow. Something about not being able to scream his name made me even wetter. I was on the verge of my next orgasm when I felt Jacob’s large hand covering my mouth.

“I love to hear you scream, love, just now, right now. Cum for me, baby,” he coaxed.

In an attempt to muffle my moans, I sucked on his fingers. The next thing I heard was a series of “oh, shits” coming from Jacob as he came. When Jacob finally caught his breath, he smacked my ass again.

“This is how all of my mornings should start. Come take a shower with me, love,” he whispered tenderly.

“I’m too tired to move,” I admitted.

Jacob pulled me up and carried me into the bathroom. Once we were in the shower, he took his time bathing me. After we were finished, we got dressed and headed to the kitchen. Jada would be waking up soon. I took a seat at the island in the kitchen while Jacob cooked Jada’s breakfast. By cook, I mean putting some waffles in the toaster and putting some bacon in the oven. Between the two of us, baby girl was destined to survive on fast food.

I heard small footsteps approach the kitchen. Jada walked in with her hair wild and a teddy bear. She seemed half asleep, but that didn’t stop her from walking up to Jacob. Jada tapped his leg and lifted her arms. As if on cue, Jacob picked Jada up and carried her over to the couch.

“Baby girl, you could have stayed asleep,” Jacob stated.

“I smelled the food and heard voices. Daddy, did you and Ms. Faith have a sleepover last night?” she asked.

“If we did, would that be a problem?” Jacob inquired.

“A big problem, mister. How come I wasn’t invited? Ms. Faith could have watched a movie with me,” she replied.

“I got in so late that I didn’t want to wake up. How about I stay over again tonight, and we have one big sleepover?” I asked.

“Yay. We’re having a sleepover!” Jada shouted as she almost jumped out of Jacob’s arms.

Jacob sat Jada at the table so she could eat her breakfast. We were alone in the kitchen when I brewed my morning coffee.

“Are you ready to tell me what happened yesterday? When you called me last night, you sounded kind of down. Did everything go well?” he asked.

I started the coffeepot. “Things went unexpectedly. That much I can say. Mason was his usual dickhead self, but I took care of it. His grandmother left me their family house in Brookville. The attorney gave me the deed and keys to the house yesterday,” I explained.

Jacob looked confused. “She left you a house? What did Mason do exactly?”

“Mason was rude when he saw me. Once he heard I had been given the house, he said he would be contesting the will. I don’t want to get too attached to the house, but I want to go see it. Are you able to go see it with me today?” I asked.

“I like how you brushed over your ex talking to you crazy again. If I see him, I see he still needs that ass whupping. Let me get Jada ready to go next door to my mom’s, then we can leave,” he said.

“I appreciate you wanting to take care of Mason. Yesterday was the first time I had ever spoken up for myself when it came to him. That pushover of a woman he was used to no longer exists. I don’t want us to worry about Mason. Part of the reasonI could get back to myself is because of you. I’ll go get myself together while you get Jada ready.” I kissed his cheek as I left the kitchen.

Two hours later, Jacob and I pulled up to the property Granny Tab left me. As we went down the driveway, I remembered my first time visiting Granny Tab. She took her time and took me through every inch of the two-acre lot the property sat on. We would sit for hours while she told me stories of raising her family on the property. Over the last several years, she had made some major renovations throughout the house. I laughed to myself as I realized she asked for my input because she always intended to gift the home to Mason and me.

“You ready, love?” Jacob asked, pulling me out of my thoughts.

I didn’t realize we had been sitting in the same place. A simple nod and a weak smile were my response. Jacob grabbed my hand and helped me out of the car. My steps were slow as I used the key to open the door. The home smelled stale. Granny Tab’s White Diamond perfume would usually fill the air, but not today. Jacob followed me as I went from room to room. I purposely avoided the primary bedroom. When we finished looking at five of the six bedrooms, I stopped in the kitchen. My hand swept over the marble countertops as I took a seat at the island.

“Granny Tab left me this house to raise my future children in. She apologized to me in her will for allowing Mason to treatme badly. The realization that I may never have children has weighed heavily on me for quite some time,” I mumbled.

“Why wouldn’t you have children, love? We can have as many kids as you want,” Jacob assured me.

“Mason and I weren’t able to have kids because of me. I have a low ovarian reserve. We tried fertility treatments for two years, but I wasn’t able to get pregnant. Would you still want to be with me if I couldn’t give you more children?” I asked.

Jacob grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes. “We have Jada. You know that baby girl adores you. Just because it didn’t work with him doesn’t mean it won’t work with us. I’m with you for the long-haul, love. Nothing is going to prevent me from wanting you,” he reassured me.

“I adore Jada, too, but I’ve always wanted to experience pregnancy and giving birth. As a woman, I need to know I can create life,” I confessed.

“Love, you are a woman. Not having a baby doesn’t make you any less of a woman. I get what you’re saying, so whatever you want to do, I’m here. If you change your mind and are open to adopting or getting a surrogate, we can do that too,” he assured me.

“Really? You would want me to fill that role in her life?”
