Luc growled. “It’s not a damn sex house, little bunny. It’s a normal house where we hosted a sex party. We’re not going there, though. We’re going to our house outside of the city.”
She sat up straighter. “How far outside of the city? I have work tomorrow, you know?”
I stretched my arm along the seat behind her and tugged at her hair. “We’ll get you back for work.”
“This seems crazy. And if we’re going towards Devil’s Den just drop me off there.” She slumped back in her seat and I watched her shiver when I lightly brushed a knuckle over her neck. “I have to say it again. You don’t know me.”
Maddox turned and looked back at her.
“I’d say we know you pretty damn well. We know the sounds you utter when we make you come and the feeling of every part of you stretching around our dicks. Maybe we don’t know your favorite color but we know you.”
Despite her cheeks burning bright red she huffed at him.
“That’s nothing. Anyone could know that.”
“No, they couldn’t.” I gripped the back of her neck and turned her so she had to face me. “And they won’t. You’re ours, little girl. You can protest and say the things you think you have to say to prove that you don’t need us but you do.”
“I’m not a little girl. You realize that, right? I’m a big girl.” She blushed bright red and swore under her breath. “Not like that. I mean I’m a big woman. There’s nothing little about me.”
My grip on her neck tightened the slightest bit and I watched her lips part on a gasp.
“If that’s the part of what I said that you want to talk about right now, fine. You are a little girl to us. We’re all bigger and taller than you. We can pick you up, carry you, do with you what we want because you’re little.”
“You can’t do with me what you want!” Her lips tugged up on the sides and I could tell she was fighting a smile. “But thank you for calling me little. That feels nice.”
Maddox reached back and gripped her knee.
“Feeling any better about coming with us now?”
She couldn’t turn away so she lowered her eyes to her hands in her lap.
“I’m confused.”
“About what, little one?” He looked at her with so much concern that I almost didn’t feel like I was looking at my brother. He was never so serious.
“Why do you want me to come with you?” She glanced up at me and the vulnerability in her eyes was a punch to the gut. “Iget that I’m pregnant with your child but it won’t be here for a while.”
I released my seatbelt and cupped her face in my hands. I stroked my thumb over her bottom lip as I thought about what I wanted to say. I wasn’t the one who typically did the talking but I wasn’t going to let her keep sitting there, looking at me like she was waiting for me to say her only worth to us was the baby.
“We want you with us because we just do. You’re a little sassy at times but I want to get to know you better. Even if you weren’t pregnant, I’d still want to kidnap you and force you to spend time with us.”
She blinked away a sheen of tears and let out an embarrassed laugh.
“Hormones, right?”
“Wouldn’t know, baby.” I did my best to look less grumpy. “There’s just something about you.”
She licked her lips and raked her tongue over my thumb as she did.
“That was really nice of you to say.”
I couldn’t help laughing. Leaning in, I kissed her, keeping it light.
“Glad you thought so.”
“You also admitted to kidnapping me.” She pulled back and I could see her control snap back into place. “And we need to talk about the flowers. They’re beautiful and I love them. Did you know they’re incredibly poisonous? And that they pretty much symbolize virginity?”
I swung my head around to the flowers strapped in at the back of the vehicle. “They’re poisonous? Are you serious? Stop the fucking truck, Luc.”
