“Thank God.” He pretended like he was letting out a huge sigh of relief. “You’re not a psychopath.”

That night I had two firsts. Five orgasms in one night, and pizza delivered by a snowmobile.

Twenty-One

Colton

The snowflakes looked verydifferent in the morning. I squinted as diamonds of light reflected from the fluffy blanket of snow that covered everything in sight. It was bright and beautiful, like the woman lying next to me. I still couldn’t believe what had happened with Alison. As I looked at her nestled into my chest, I couldn’t believe there was a time that I didn’t think she was the most beautiful woman in the world. I had been a total idiot. And, an asshole. I winced as I replayed the morning when she’d overheard my insults in my head.

A beam of light tracked across the hardwood floor and crept towards her face. I debated between disrupting her to close the curtains, and staying perfectly still to let her wake up with the sun.

There was also a third option, courtesy of my morning wood, but she looked so peaceful that I couldn’t bring myself to wake her. I stayed still and held her tightly against me. Unlike my past girlfriends, she wasn’t pointy – she was strong and solid, and we fit together perfectly.

She murmured as the sunbeam reached her face and her eyelids flickered. She curled into me even closer and I held her there. That moment couldn’t last long enough – the beautiful snow globe world outside my warm bedroom, and Alison – Ali, in my arms.

Alison stirred then, and the flutter of her eyelashes as she woke tickled my chest. “Good morning.” Her lips replaced her lashes. Goosebumps tracked across my arms and my cock went from hard to throbbing rock-hard.

“Good morning,” I replied and kissed the top of her head. “Would you like some coffee? Or some pizza?”

The half-eaten box of pizza sat on the dresser. Not only was Alison one of the sexiest women I’d ever met, who knew things about the male anatomy that even I didn’t know – she liked to eat pizza in bed. The sheets rustled as she laughed. “I’d like coffee, but…”

“But what?”

She squiggled to turn and look up at me while she wrapped her hand around my dick. “I think that we should do something about this first.”

“Oh, really?” My heart thudded against my chest. “What did you have in min—” I didn’t have the chance to finish my sentence before Alison disappeared beneath the sheets.

Her breath was hot on my manhood as she whispered. “This.”

Ali Moffat was the perfect woman.

We showered together, and she named the muscles in my shoulders as she circled them with the bar of soap. When it was my turn, it took everything in me not to press her against the tiles and push into her one more time. But Alison was responsible and I respected her, though that didn’t stop me from resting my hard cock in between the cute dimples above her ass cheeks as I massaged the shampoo into her hair. She leaned against me and I kissed her cheek.

“That feels incredible.” She stepped under the showerhead and I couldn’t not watch the soapy suds as they made their path, snaking down her muscular stomach and then her legs.

As she closed her eyes and leaned her head back, I slipped my hand between her legs. “So does this. I like what you’ve got going on here.”

She squeezed the water out of her hair. “What, you mean hair?”

“Yeah,” I growled. I didn’t have a preference either way, but it had been so long since I’d been with a woman who wasn’t completely bare, and I hadn’t realized how completely sexy a little triangle could be.

The toweling off session was a little rougher than the washing had been, and it reminded me how much I loved hearing Alison giggle. I wrapped the huge towel around her body and our eyes met in the mirror’s reflection. “Ali. We really should make this real,” I whispered.

She stiffened in my arms but didn’t break our eye contact in the mirror. “What do you mean?”

“Why don’t we, like, um…” I felt like a high schooler asking my crush if she’d like to go steady with me. The skin beside her eyes crinkled as she smiled, clearly taking pleasure in my loss of ability to speak or form proper sentences. I hoped that she’d interject, but she raised her eyebrows and waited for me to continue. “Dammit, Alison.” I shook my head. “Will you just be my real fucking girlfriend?”

The grin that spread across her face was contagious. She turned to face me. “Are you sure you don’t want to write me a note with some check boxes?”

“Shut up and kiss me.” I didn’t give her time for any more smart-ass remarks. My lips were on hers and by the way she arched against me, I knew that my condom supply was going to get dangerously low by the time we left the cottage.

The fire crackledand Alison and I, now dressed, laid with our legs entwined, sipping coffee and eating cold pizza. “We should probably figure out how to deal with Everleigh.” Alison popped the last bit of her crust into her mouth.

“I know. I’ve been thinking about that too.” Everleigh was not going to be happy. We were way ahead of schedule with our ‘relationship’.

“We’re going to have to face reality. And soon.” Alison checked her watch. “You’ve got a game tonight.”

I couldn’t believe that I’d forgotten about the game. That had never happened to me before. I was content to lounge in front of the fire with Alison, hibernating like a couple of bears and not coming out until spring, or our food ran out. “The weather has cleared.” The app on my phone showed the flight path back to the city. “Part of me hopes that another storm will roll in.”
