I nod, and he scoops me up. “Let me carry you. Your feet have to be killing you.”

“Hot tub,” I command, placing her down after we enter our room.

“Oh?”

“It seems I have to remind you how no one will ever fuck you better. Not even Henry Cavill.”

“So jealous of nothing.” She giggles, shaking her head.

“Motivated,” I growl. “Not jealous.”

She grabs the bottom of her dress, dragging it slowly up her body. We hold a heated stare as she pulls it over her head.

“Dani,” I playfully scold, seeing a cropped black lace bustier with a plunging neckline and matching panties. Now I know why she got dressed in the bathroom earlier.

“Oh, this?” She laughs knowingly and starts walking toward the patio.

“When did you get this?”

She shrugs, looking back at me. “It was packed for me.”

Nikola. She’s the best. “Having people. It’s great, right?”

She closes her eyes, sticking out her tongue and biting it.

Watching her walk in the lingerie and heels, I’m so turned on. I stare at the bruise on her ass. My little freak, I think and wetmy lips. Chuckling, I can’t believe how this summer has played out.

“Adam,” she calls. I’ve been so lost in my thoughts and throw my suit coat on the floor. Unbuttoning my shirt, I walk to the patio.

I find her splashing her athletic legs in the hot tub and take a quick peek around. We’re secluded. There’s no way anyone could see us.

Standing at the edge, I kick off my shoes and unbuckle my belt.

“Dani, I haven’t spoiled you in days.”

She laughs, splashing me.

I drop my pants and briefs before entering the hot tub. Wading over to her legs in the water, I lift her, placing her ass right on the edge. Standing in the water, I kiss her deeply, my hands exploring her body. My lips move to her neck, then chest.

“I love this,” I murmur, touching the detailing of the lingerie over her nipple. Biting the lace at her hip, I begin pulling down the material. “You’re perfect.” I breathe before kissing her inner thigh. She fits so well into my world. I couldn’t have asked for this conference to go better.

We’re leaving it stronger too.I’m in love with her. It’s too early in our relationship to say it, but I am. I’m in love with Dani Sommer.

On the flight home, I’m emailing and scheduling meetings with new contacts from the conference. Summit feels like a catalyst. There’s so much opportunity. My goal of saving twenty-five thousand dollars is more feasible by the day. While I know that amount of money is nothing to Adam, I would never ask. I need to do it my way.

“How many companies are you working with right now?” he asks.

“A couple on a larger scale and a few on a very small project-by-project basis.”

“If you land any of the companies you met at Summit, I can see you ending the year with a million in ARR.”

“A-R-R?” I ask, tilting my head at the unfamiliar acronym.
