I nod, letting Felix guide me off the dance floor with Tyler following close behind. We weave through the crowd until reaching one of the booths tucked in a corner. Felix slides in first, pulling me onto his lap.
Tyler is next, draping my legs over his. “How are you feeling?”
“A little dizzy but good.”
Felix signals a passing waitress, ordering me a glass of water.
“I’m fine, really.”
He kisses my cheek. “Just taking care of you. So, you like this place?”
“I love it. I can see why you two want to open your own speakeasy. It will be amazing.” And I truly mean so. I’ve never experienced anything like this place. “I’m interested to know how The Clover differs from an illegal speakeasy.”
Felix smirks, laughing beneath his breath. He takes my right hand in his, palm up, and traces a languid line backand forth over my scar. The motion is so simple, yet so sensual. Tingles spread up my arm.
“An illegal speakeasy is a whole different world,” Felix explains. His deep green eyes hold me, drowning out all the background noise of music and voices. “The thrill of doing something forbidden, the danger of getting caught. It’s seductive. There’s a lure to it. Everyone knows they’re breaking the law, and it’s intoxicating.”
More intoxicating than this? My breath shudders. I can’t imagine it.
The waitress returns with water and I take a long sip.
Tyler’s fingers trace soft circles over my thighs. He leans closer, his voice lowering. Husky. “If we were at an illegal speakeasy, I could fuck you at this table right now and we’d have a whole room of people watching us, instead of just Felix. Would you like that?”
Felix chuckles. “Don’t tempt her. That’s exactly what she wants.”
“Not quite.” My cheeks grow hot over what I’m about to say. I’ve spoken the words before, but this desire never stops feeling wrong. “My ultimate fantasy is to have sex with both of you at the same time. In front of an audience, like at that party Felix threw.”
“I’d do it,” Tyler says without hesitating.
Felix groans, laughing. “I know you would, sick fuck. I don’t need my dick rubbing up against yours.” He turns to me, stroking my hair, his lips twitching with amusement. “If you want to be fucked in front of an audience, my Little Sinner, the best I can do is throw another party and let people watch me and Tyler take turns on you.”
My thighs clench at Felix’s suggestion. The idea of being on display like that, of letting strangers witness our most intimate moments, is both arousing and terrifying.
I shake my head. “It’s an unrealistic fantasy. I would never go through with having sex in front of an audience. Surely you can understand. You used to speak about having sex with me at the same time as Tyler. But when the opportunity arose, it wasn’t something you could do.”
Felix contemplates my words. Before either one of us can say anything further, Tyler speaks up. “Since we’re sharing unrealistic fantasies, I want to have sex with Harper while we’re both high on eclipse.”
“Why is that unrealistic?” I ask.
“You’ve never shown an interest in doing drugs.”
I think back to the threesome at Felix’s party, how he said the people were high on eclipse, and how I’d never seen three people look more connected and passionate. They seemed transcendent.
“I’d do eclipse, just to know what it feels like.”
Tyler chokes with disbelief. “Seriously?”
“How dangerous is the drug?”
Felix’s arm tightens around my waist. “As long as you’re not reckless with dosages, the drug is harmless. I’ll make sure you’re safe if you take eclipse.”
I chew my bottom lip. There was a time not that long ago where I wouldn’t recognize myself right now. Drugs, sex, alcohol. But that girl from my past wasn’t truly happy. I was hiding myself. I was judgmental of myself and others. This is one night of fun with two men I love and trust.
I smile, making my decision. “Do you have any eclipse?”
One corner of Felix’s mouth tugs up. “No. But I can get some from Theo.”
“Shit.” Tyler laughs with a mix of shock and excitement. “Are we actually doing this? Harp, I won’t ask you to do anything you’re not comfortable with.”
