“Yeah.” I admit, lowering his hand to my pussy. “And I’m down for whatever you want to do. After this mission, we could go to a nearby motel.”

He pushes a finger inside me, withdraws, and tastes himself on my tongue.

“Not this mission,” he mumbles through a sloppy, wet kiss.

I pull away. “Why not?”

His eyes sparkle as he brushes a few strands of hair away from my face and adds a second finger. “This one is a bit different from all the others.”

MATHEUS

It's the early hours of the morning when we touch down in North Colombia.

As soon as we get off the plane, two motorcycles are waiting for us. With our backpacks and weapons, she needs to ride on her own. Otherwise, I’d keep her close.

Glancing across the hangar as she puts on a black helmet and throws her leg over the seat, I’m kinda feeling that urgent need to fuck the woman where she stands.

I shake it off and pull my head out of my ass. The next few hours need to run smoothly. Afterwards, there wouldn't be any question as to who Dani belongs.

Typing the address into my GPS, I select the songSomething Real by Post Maloneand nod over at her, ready to hit the road. I’m first out of the hangar, and she’s not far behind, matching my speed.

With the music in my ears and energy pumping through me, I take a quick detour and head for the runway. I don’t expect her to follow me. I just need to let off some steam. Once I’m done, I’ll circle back and join her.

Reaching the straight strip lit up with lights, I open the throttle and lean forward to counter the backward pull as Iaccelerate. I don’t bother checking the speedometer. Knowing bikes inside out, I’m pretty sure I’m close to reaching top speed.

I glance in my wing mirror and find her. My little firecracker is racing me––and she’s catching up too.

Adrenaline charges through my muscles. She’s just as reckless as I am, and it freaks me out. How the hell I’m still alive after all the crazy stuff I’ve done over the years is a miracle. I guess I was hunting a feeling—something meaningful. And I think I found it in her.

That thought twists in my chest. A weird feeling overcomes me and I’m reducing speed quickly. She shoots past me and keeps on going while my bike comes to a stop. I anchor my feet and flip up my visor, needing air.

In the distance, her bike slows too, and then she turns around, making her way back to me. Killing the engine, I rip off my helmet, dig out a pack of smokes, and light one, inhaling deeply.

I exhale heavily and run a hand through my hair when she comes up alongside me.

Dani removes her helmet and rolls her eyes at me. Strands of hair stick to her face and her red lips pout. “I almost caught you. Is that why you let me win, to save face?”

I chuckle. “You think you won?”

“Sure, I did.”

“I was just cruising, baby.” I take another drag. “But if you want to say you won, go ahead. You know I’d give you anything.”

She sticks her middle finger up at me and makes a cute face. “Whatever happened to that present you had for me?”

“You didn’t want it, so I gave it to someone who appreciates me,” I joke. My gift to her is wrapped up and waiting a few miles away.

She stretches over, pinches the cigarette from my lips and tosses it. “Those things will kill you, Mat.”

I laugh at that and croon, “Aw, baby, you do care about me.”

“I appreciate you.” She dishes out a natural, pretty smile.

“Let’s go.” I clear my throat and switch the engine on again. “But if you break the speed limit this time, I’ll blow out your tires and make you ride with me.”

We arrive at an abandoned nightclub and park the bikes in a quiet alleyway. It’s still dark. In a few hours, it’ll be dawn and this will be over.
