I couldn’t speak. His words hit me right in the chest, and my heartwas about to beat right out of me. For the longest moment, neither of us spoke. Hell, neither of us breathed, we were as still as statuesstaring at each other.
“Say something,”Fox said, breaking the electric charge growingbetween us.
I took a breath and said the only thing I wanted to say.“I’m ready.”

Cora
Fox slammed his mouth down on mine, and his tongue dominated mymouth, hot and needy. Between my legs, an intense throbbing began as my panties dampened.
He grabbed the back of my head, his fingers entwining in my hairand holding me still as he controlled our kiss. My hands clung to his shirt, my hurt from only minutes ago was rapidly disappearing as my desire for Fox consumed me.
When a lust-filled moan escaped me, Fox released my hair andgrabbed my thighs before hoisting me into his arms with ease. I wrapped my legs around his broad waist, neither of us breaking our kiss as he carried me to the bedroom and gently laid me down on the bed.
He hovered over me, my legs spreading wider to accommodate hisframe.
“Fuck, baby girl. Feel what you do to me,”he growled as he thrust hiserection against my core, sending a sharp stab of pleasure through my entire body.“How could you ever think I didn’t want to fuck you?”

Air whooshed out of my lungs, and for a second I forgot how tobreathe. Was he saying what I thought he was saying?
“Wh…what?”I stammered, ignoring the little voice telling methatI’dgotten it wrong, and Foxwasn’ttelling me he loved me.
His smile grew bigger.“I love you, Cora Clarke. I’ve never lovedanyone before, but from the minute I laid eyes on you, I knew what I felt in my heart. I’m not expecting you to say it back, not until you’re ready, but I promise you, baby girl, I’ll spend the rest of my life making sure you know how much I love you, and making sure I am worthy of your love for as long as you’ll have me.”
Tears welled once more, only now they were tears of happiness.“Ilove you too, Daddy,”I replied, choking on the ball of emotions lodged in my throat.“I don’t think there will ever be a time when I don’t want you.”
I reached up to kiss his beautiful lips, and as he kissed me back, myhands found the knot in his tie where I slowly pulled it apart. Once the tie came off, I started on the buttons on his shirt.
Fox watched my fingers move, and when the material opened, Itraced a finger down his solid abs. He squeezed his eyes shut and muttered a curse under his breath.
“Am I doing something wrong?”I asked, taking my hand away, unsure if hewanted me to touch him. He certainly didn’t look like he was enjoying it.
“No, baby girl,”he said, opening his eyes and grinning down at me.“I’mjusttrying not to blow my load this second and disgrace myself. You have no idea how many times I’ve wished for this.”
I smiled back at him, my confidence blooming at his words, especiallywhen he thrust his hips forward again, his erection feeling harder than before.
Suddenly, he sat up and tore his shirt from his body, discarding it onthe floor.“I need you naked, Cora,”he said, grabbing my arms and pulling me up.“I need you naked and writhing on my tongue right this second.”
He yanked my vest over my head before his mouth found mine onceagain, and as our tongues twirled in a sensual dance, he unclasped my bra and pulled it off, freeing my breasts.
“Lay back, baby girl,” he instructed.
I did as he asked, the ache in my core intensified beyond belief asFox repositioned himself back in between my legs, his big palms gliding down my stomach until he reached the waistband of my leggings.
Slowly, he pulled them down, along with my panties. I lifted my hipsto help him take them off, and once I was naked, Fox’s gaze trailed over my exposed body, his eyes full of heat.
“Can I…can I see you naked, Daddy?”I asked, wanting to know whathe looked like without any clothes on.
