Uh, no? I’ve only experienced combat mode once, when I was trying to calm down an angry alligator shifter. This happened with Cal?

Yeah. Glowing eyes, hyperfocus, etc. I was able to force it to mostly go away, but Cal said my eyes glowed the whole time.

Dammit, don’t make me jealous. I’m nesting, though, so maybe it won’t be long before I can have that too. Last weekend I *had* to go buy a hammock and put it up.

Man, I love napping in hammocks. We used to have one when I was a kid. I’m definitely nesting too. I put bougainvillea in planters all around the edge of my back deck. Thanks for the plant tips, BTW, Shane.

Wow! What a great deck pic, lol! I love that color of bougainvillea – it’s my favorite! They look great around your deck!
