“Has Kingston explained our company?” Kai asks Sierra.
“Pretty much. You use bird sounds, river splashing and other forest stuff to create randomized patterns to make your security algorithms.”
“Precisely.” His eyes twinkle. “And the five of us always have backups of the latest data and algorithms on two hard drives, which we’re constantly swapping out in each other’s basements.”
Sierra nods. “You do that weekly?”
“No, the timing is random,” I explain. “It might be three days. Or ten. Someone just gets the urge to go for a drive, and boom, they show up at someone’s house.”
“Where youknock politely and wait for someone to let you in, right?” Sierra says pointedly, squinting at Kai.
He bursts out laughing. “Uhh…right. Yes. Of course.”
Kane rejoins us, jamming a silver drive into his back pocket and clapping me on the shoulder on his way to the door. “Sorry again about that, man. See you in a few days.”
“All good.”
Kai waves on the way out, then they jump into his truck and drive off, leaving me all alone with the breathtaking woman who’s going to be moving into my home very soon.

SIERRA
Whew.
I had assumed I’d be overwhelmed when I met Kingston’s brothers. But the three of them together had an amazing energy. I think hanging out with them is going to teach me a lot about a functional family.
Before I can attempt to explain this, Kingston takes my hand and walks upstairs with me. “I want to show you something.”
He takes me down the hallway away from his bedroom. “When I was having the house built, the architect designed two large guest bedrooms, and two smaller rooms that he said could be kids’ rooms someday, or storage or whatever.”
He pushes open a door to a beautiful cream and sage guest room with two queen-size beds. “If your parents or sisters ever want to visit, they can stay here. It’s not quite the fancy hotels they’re probably used to, but it should do, right?”
Before I can even react, he pulls me down to the end of the hall and into an empty room. It’s unfurnished, but with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, it feels like it’s filled with the forest.
“This was going to be my office. But I think it’s easier for me to use that nook off the kitchen so I’m closer to the coffee or can take my laptop outside. So a certain somebody should be using this as their craft studio, right? We can order tables and shelves and stuff for it this week.”
I can’t quite catch my breath.
When we said that we wanted a relationship, I assumed that Kingston would want to date for a while and take our time before making any permanent decisions. Yet he wants me to start making changes to his house immediately. Ordering furniture and acting as if this is going to be forever.
As I look into his deep, soulful eyes, I know it’s the truth. This incredible man wants me. This isn’t just some wild tornado of lust. This isn’t your averagelet’s see how this goessituation.
We’re forever.
I nod, flinging my arms around the back of his neck as I stretch up on my toes to kiss him. “I can’t believe you’re real,” I laugh against his mouth.
Kingston’s response is to pick me up and palm my ass as my legs instinctively wind around him. We can’t stop kissing as he carries me slowly to the bedroom before sitting us on the edge of the bed.
The heat between us is unnatural. No, that’s not right. It’s unbelievably natural, I just didn’t know that something this intense and utterly perfect would ever happen to me.
His hand slides up into the back of my hair, tilting my head back while trailing kisses down my throat. “I need you right now,” he growls. “Yes?”
“Yes.”
I can feel his heat. His hunger. His almost savage need as Kingston lifts my butt so that he can unzip.
I’m surprised at how hard his thick cock is already as it springs out of his pants. He inches the fabric down, then pullsat the front of my sundress and bra until he can wrap his lips around my nipple.
