“Yes.Did I forget to do something?”
“Baby, you’ve just lost your virginity.”
I hadn’t lost anything.Sex with Jake would be a memory I’d cherished forever.
“Well, it’s not lost.Technically, I shared it with you.”He didn’t look remotely amused.I touched his chest.“Jake, you said, ‘use me for sex, explore with me.’We did, but now you seem to be angry with me.”
He was staring now, so I kept talking.“Is there an after-sex etiquette I’m not aware of?”
“An after-sex etiquette,” he huffed between gritted teeth.
While his chest inflated and deflated in a slow breath, his large hands set on his narrow hips, and the play of his muscles was terribly distracting.
His gaze hooked onto mine.“I want you back in my bed.”
Oh.I understood now, so I grinned.“That’s nice of you, but I think I’m going to go back to my room.”
Jake scrutinized me for a moment before he cupped the side of my neck.He pulled me closer, and my hands went to his sides.When his other hand wrapped around my cheek, his expression made breathing difficult.
“You didn’t like it, baby?”
“It was amazing.Perfect, so much more beautiful than I imagined.I’d heard his loud groan, but...I cleared my throat.“Was...was it okay for you?”

“I want more.Don’t you want more?”
She scrunched her nose, and her face flushed.“I do, but I’m tired and a little sore.Maybe we can do more after I take a nap?”
“Sleep here, baby.”
At the tilt of her head, a long curl of her hair brushed my forearm.“A nap is not sex, Jake.As soon as I wake up, I’ll come back here.”
