“Fuck,” I mutter to myself.
I need to expel some of the sexual frustration, so I don’t have the urge to fuck Mel. Her eagerness to please me has gone from a turn on to plain pitiful. I might go fuck Piper in solitary instead. With that in mind, quickly I get dressed and rush down the stairs.
The sounds of shouting and cursing ring through the staircase. No doubt Alley is trying to escape again or trying to claw, kick, and bite them. I can’t help the laugh that escapes me when I open up the door leading into the hall.
Sure enough, in front of me is a very pissed off Alley attempting to fight off blue and green purge masks. I never learned the other two guys’ names because I don’t care for them. The green mask has been sneaking around with Melanie. I can’t tell you how many times I have watched them mess around in hidden corners. I haven’t killed him just yet for it. That is all on Vaughn after he finds out.
Eagle and Shake flank her, keeping a distance. Before she was eaten out within an inch of her life, she ripped into them.
But she wasn’t wrong.
“Do you ever get tired of running Little Minx,” I ask her, walking up to them.
She stops her fight and lifts her chin in defiance. Seems to be her signature stance. It’s cute considering our height difference, I tower over the little shit and she still goes toe to toe with me.
“Nope,” she answers, popping the P.
“One day, instead of running from us, you will be on your hands and knees crawling to us,” I laugh. “begging for mercy as we take you.”
“Not in this fucking lifetime,” she scoffs.
“Sooner or later you will.” I lean in and kiss her cheek. “Carry on.” I move past them to go see Carson.
“Nik,” she shouts, getting my attention.
“Yes?”
“You will be on your hands and knees crawling to me before I ever get on mine. It’ll be you begging me, not the other way around.” She starts to saunter to the staircase with her head held high. Bravo unit boxes her in as they head up the staircase.
Oh, my little Butterfly, that is a challenge we are more than happy to accept.
Chapter 17
Shadow
One Week Later
Since the day she almost killed Carson, Eagle and I have been assigned to keep an eye on her nearly 24/7. She can’t be alone in a room by herself and we have to make sure she doesn’t kill any of them in their sleep, especially since she is basically living on their floor. I am not sure what Baron or Gunner are up to but they won’t chain her to the bed or touch her.
I was going to try and stay away after I was forced to watch Gunner and Baron make her cum. I had to keep myself planted in place. She did start enjoying it, but she did have a relationship with Gunner prior. So, I will give her that.
Unlike myself, Eagle nearly blew our cover on more than one occasion. It took everything in Eagle not to throttle her when she spit on the floor. He hates spit, but we both know we can’t argue with what she said. We aren’t worse than them, but we aren’t better. Then, she lost her fucking shit when Baron touched her wrist and Eagle almost jumped in towhisk her away. I had to keep him at bay which worked out well since they were distracted by her.
I think what made him break was when she said she hated him. He hasn’t talked much since then. I was the one who caught her in the woods and yes, she tried to stab me with a damn broken tree branch. The look in her eyes of betrayal and pain stopped me from retaliating. I let Reggie and Logan take her, while Eagle and I trailed them.
Now here we are in Baron’s office for her therapy session. Every day this week, she has come twice a day and they sit there in silence for the full hour. Most of the time she is sleeping and on rare occasions she is pacing and mumbling to herself. Baron just watches her but doesn’t push.
Right now, though, she is on the couch with her feet curled under, biting her thumb nail, and staring at the wall. Since we stand behind Baron, I try to get Eagle to look at me, but he is staring straight ahead. When she lets out a dramatic sigh both our heads snap to her and Baron looks up.
“Do you know every man in my life has fucked me over in one way or another,” she says, but I can’t tell if she is talking to herself or not. “I tried to hook up with girls instead but that didn’t work.” She huffs a laugh.
“But I fell in love with Theo and that only brought me misery. I thought I was bound to just be alone.”
“Who are you talking to,” Baron pries.
I mean if I am being honest, I am wondering the same thing. I don’t think any of us have heard her really speak at all this past week.
“Did you know I had a threesome before,” she turns her head at Baron. “Sure, there was one with myself, my boyfriend and this girl, but I don’t consider that really one. He got pissed after 30 minutes. So the girl, her name was Giavanna I believe, spent the next several hours together. She taught me a lot. The next morning, I made her breakfast, we talked and she left. My boyfriend at the time came back from his run and we got into a fight. He said that I never moaned like that with him. You know what my dumbass response was?”
