I had to laugh. “Girl, loving you is better than the greasiest blue cheese burger in the world.”

I felt lost and found at the same time. It was the oddest, but best sensation! I would’ve waited as long as that girl wanted me to. I was glad she didn’t delay any longer. Nowhere but forward to go now.

Stroking my hair, she whispered, “I must’ve fell in love with you the first day you came here.”

Smiling, I smoothed a few stray hairs off her darling face. “I know you did.”

Laughing, she punched me in the arm. “You did, too. When you caught me the first time, you had googly eyes for me.”

“Maybe I did.” The moment I caught her, she felt different in my arms—agreatdifferent.

“You did,” she said with a nod. “And I had them for you, too, only I conceal stuff like that much better than you.”

“To be honest, I thought you hated me.” I kissed the tip of her cute nose. “But that was just a front. My beloved Ella, you’ve hidden behind fear for long enough. It’s time to discover life isn’t daunting.”

“With you by my side, I can do anything.” Her foot ran up the back of my leg, sending chills all through me. “Want to have another go at it?”

“Insatiable, aren’t you?” I moved a tad, trying to get it the way she liked.

“Um, hm,” she moaned as I moved slow and steady. “When will I get out of this bed with you? Do you think Momma will look for me when she realizes I’m not in my room?”

“She might.” I kissed along her collarbone. “We might want to get you back before that happens, huh?”

“I’m not some child.” She pulled my face to look into my eyes. “You’ve made me a woman now, Brandon.Yourwoman. My momma will have to get used to the fact that I’ll be here a lot more than in my own room.”

I wanted her there all the time. “You’ll always be here. I ain’t about to let you sleep in your tiny bed alone. Not when you feel so good in my arms.”

The smile that filled her made my heart skip a beat. “So, do you think my family will be on board with this arrangement?”

“We’ll convince them, don’t you think?” I kissed my way along her chest. “I’m not about to love you and leave you, the way you thought. I’m in it for the long haul.”

“You talk like you want to marry me.” She pulled my face up once more.

“And if I do?” We’re talking about this rather soon, but now that we are, why not clue her in on my true intentions?

“When you make the real proposal, I’d like a ring in your hand.” Her lips pressed against my cheek. “Just so you know.”

“Got it, ring in hand, on one knee, and the biggest smile you will ever see.” Rolling over with her, she was on top of me now. “Your turn to ride me, cowgirl.”

“Giddyup!” I bucked, and she shouted. “I’ve got me a live one here!”

“That you do, baby.” Holding her by the waist, I moved her up and down, watching those double Cs bounce with every movement. “What a sight!”

Putting her hands on my shoulders, she jiggled her tits near my face. “Here ya go, cowboy.” Taking one hard as rock nipple into my mouth, I sucked it, making her squeal. “Brandon! Oh, Brandon!”

Some knocking sound came from the door. My eyes flew open, my hand on my hard cock. ‘Brandon? You up?” Clayton asked from the other side of the door.

No one else in my bed but me... My jeans were still on, just unzipped. Even my shirt was on. “What the…?!”

Another round of knocks. “Brandon? What the hell, man? It’s noon already. Are you alive in there?”

Not nearly as alive I thought. Damn!

Chapter Twenty-Two

Ella

“Darleen, come here,” I whispered as she passed my bedroom door.
