“I want you to go ring shopping with me.”
“Anything for my favourite brother-in-law.” Mira smiled at him.
“Hey, I thought I was your favourite.” Vaayu pouted dramatically. “I’m wounded, M.”
“Don’t worry, V. You are my favourite brother too.” Mira patted his cheek.
“So, first things first, let’s get this plan rolling,” Kabir said as he dialled a number.
“Hey, Dev, Ritz,” Kabir spoke when the con call connected.
“Hey, Bira. What’s up, bro?” Deven asked.
“Hey, man. Life is busy. We have to meet. It’s been too long, yaar.” Ritik complained.
“Well, I called you guys so we could all meet. And, I need your help.”
“Sure. Tell us. Whatever it is, count us in.” Deven and Ritik agreed.
“You guys didn’t even hear what I wanted help with and just agreed?” Kabir laughed.
“We are sure that it will be thrilling. And right now, I need a little excitement in my life.” Ritik guffawed.
“Dude, we are friends. No matter what, we will always help you.” Deven assured him. “Should I be worried?” He teased.
“Well, the thing is, we have to do a sting operation to expose someone,” Kabir said.
“Who do we have to expose?” Ritik asked.
“Raina…” Kabir said as he told them the entire story and explained what they had to do. When he was done, the guys were shocked.
“What a bitch, man...” Ritik cursed.
“I always knew she was up to no good. I told my girlfriend to stay the fuck away from her.” Deven shuddered.
“Yeah. I made a mistake with Raina.I should have broken up with her sooner.”
“Bro, we all make mistakes at some point or the other,” Deven said.
“Hmm. I had to pay a hefty price for my mistake.” Kabir sighed and asked, “So, Ritik, will you do it?”
“Of course, yaar, let’s do it,” Ritik affirmed in a heartbeat.
“It’ll take us a day to arrange everything. See youtomorrowat Quartz. Sharp 8 p.m. It’s D-Day.”

Kabir was clad in a dark navy suit looking handsome as sin as he entered the building and proceeded along the opulent lobby. He walked to the VIP lounge’s private entrance on the mezzanine of Quartz, the hottest club in the city. Everyone was already waiting for him there. Strobe lights sparkled on the dance floor, creating stunning light effects to the rhythm of upbeat rock music.
They sat near the dark glass wall to see the happenings from a clear vantage point while keeping it covert. He took a seat across from his brothers. The plan was to expose Raina and teach her a lesson so she would understand no one could mess with Kabir Oberoi and get away with it. Kabir spoke with everyone on the conference call over the Bluetooth device.
“You ready?” He asked Ritik and Deven.
“Yeah.” They both replied. “Let the show begin.”
