“I’m not stopping until I cum deep inside you and you scream my name again.”
His hands roamed my body, gripping my ass, my thighs, my waist. His lips never stayed still, kissing me, biting my shoulder, licking the sweat from my neck.
“You’re never leaving me again,” he growled, thrusting harder now. “Say it.”
“I’m never leaving,” I cried out, nails raking down his back as the pressure built again.
“Say who this pussy belongs to.”
“You, Aiden. It’s all yours. Forever.”
He slammed into me harder, growling against my neck. “Damn right.”
Fuck!I couldn’t hold back. Not when he was thrusting like that, pounding this pussy like it owed him money. I came hard, clenching around him so tight he cursed and bit down on my shoulder.
He followed a moment later, shoving deep and staying there, groaning loudly in my ear as he filled me with everything he had. When he finally collapsed on top of me, both of us sticky with sweat and still shaking, I ran my fingers through his hair and kissed his temple.
“Worth the two-week wait?” he asked, voice lazy and deep.
“More than worth it,” I whispered. “But if you ever try to go two weeks without fucking me again...”
“You’ll what?”
“I’ll tie you down and ride you ‘til your soul leaves your body.”
“Deal. But it wasn’t my fault we had to wait that long, princess. Even so, feel free to tie me down and ride this cock whenever you like. It’s yours.”
We lay together, tangled in the sheets, tangled in each other. Exactly where we were meant to be. Outside forces had tried to prevent this, had tried to keep us apart. They’d failed. You couldn’t stop true love.
That night, we fell asleep in each other's arms. All of the hate and negativity were behind us. The future was ahead of us, and it looked bright. Together, we could accomplish anything. We’d fought so damn hard for this happily ever after.
And we would destroy anyone who tried to take it from us.
EPILOGUE
AIDEN
I PUSHED OPEN THE HEAVYbar door and stepped inside. Dim lights and the low murmur of conversation greeted me. I scanned the room until I saw him: Dr. Mercer, sitting at the back, just where I’d asked him to.
He was dressed in khakis and a beige cardigan, looking out of place in this seedy bar. I walked up to the table and sat down opposite him.
“Hello, Dr. Mercer,” I said.
“Hello, Aiden. I was happy to get your message to meet. How is everything going with Noelle?” the doctor asked, taking a sip of his whiskey.
I leaned back in my seat. “Well,” I said slowly, letting the tension hang. “For starters, she remembers that her name is not Noelle.”
Dr. Mercer froze mid-swallow, his hand trembling. He looked at me over the rim, astonished.
“Oh, dear,” Dr. Mercer whispered.
“You told me she wouldn’t regain her memory,” I reminded him.
“I did...” Dr. Mercer said, lowering his glass with shaky hands. “But remember, I also told you that she’d need to take her pills once a month. More, if her memories started to return.”
“You also told me the side effects of those pills included migraines and suicidal thoughts, so I didn’t give them to her.”
“Right. But the initial elixir can only suppress the hippocampus... That’s the part of the brain that deals with memory. The elixir only affects that part of the brain for so long. You need to continuously take the pills to keep the hippocampus suppressed. I did tell you that.”
