I was attracted to Franklin and had been since I saw him moving in. If given the green light, I would have sex with him and wouldn’t be ashamed of it. It might be what I needed tofully get Leo out of my system, even though I knew I didn’t want anything to do with him anyway.
“I did. I just woke up not too long ago. I was going to go back to the other room, but then it thundered so I changed my mind.” I nervously giggled.
“It’s cool. I don’t mind having you in my bed.”
It was a good thing my back was turned, or he would have seen how wide my eyes had gotten.
“I probably should go back home. I’m sure you have things you need to do.”
“You can’t go home yet. The storm is supposed to last all day, plus we don’t know if the electricity has come back on yet.”
I felt him shift again, then I felt cool air when he removed the covers and got out of bed.
I wasn’t sure if I should close my eyes or not when he walked around my side of the bed. It was too late when I saw the way his manhood tented his boxers.
“If you are hungry, I can fix you something to eat.”
“I’m okay.”
He smirked, then walked into the bathroom.
Girl, what is wrong with you?
I chastised myself when he closed the bathroom door. I was acting like I had never seen a fine man with a big dick before. I typically didn’t act shy around men, so I wasn’t sure why I was with him.
I put the phone back on the table and pretended to be asleep when Franklin came out of the bathroom, but there was no way I could think about sleep or anything other than his dick.
He slipped back into the bed. “Let me know if you get hungry,” he said from behind me.
It felt and sounded like he was closer to me than he was before he left the bed. I guess my pretending wasn’t good enough.
“Okay. I usually only eat breakfast when I’m working. When I’m off I may make a smoothie, then have a big lunch.”
“Are you going to make me talk to your back all morning?” He chuckled.
I turned over to face him, and he smiled. He didn’t have his glasses on, so I was able to look into his dark eyes. They were almost black, especially in the darkness of the room.
“I wasn’t trying to be rude,” I told him as I got comfortable again.
“I didn’t think so.” He stared at me for a second and let his tongue trail over his bottom lip.
Suddenly, my mouth felt dry, so I licked my lips. The space between us was palpable. It was like we both wanted the same thing, but neither of us made a move.
Like a moth to a flame, we moved closer to each other until our lips collided into a passionate kiss.
Franklin placed his hand on my back, pulled me closer to him, and deepened the kiss. The storm brewing in my body was stronger than the one outside. I didn’t even care about the thunder or the lightning that came through the window. I was only focused on extinguishing the inferno inside of me.
I moaned when one of his hands gripped my ass. I didn’t want to pull away, and I wasn’t sure why I had to, but I did.
“What’s wrong?” Franklin asked, concern etched on his face.
“Nothing. I just…” I didn’t even know what to say. “Are you okay with this?”
It was clear he was if he kissed me and touched my ass. He had my thoughts jumbled.
“Junicia, I’ve been attracted to you since the day I moved in and I saw your pretty ass walk up your front steps. You were in a relationship, so I respected that, but you aren’t anymore. We can stop if you aren’t comfortable, and I apologize if I overstepped.”
I looked into his eyes, and I didn’t see any traces of bullshit. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to have sex with me. Since I was completely single, I threw all caution to the wind and decided to do what I wanted to do.
