Ringing the doorbell, I stepped back and waited for Ashley to answer. Gazing up and down the street, I could tell a lot of the people on the block were here for her. She was very popular in the city, so her events always drew in numbers.
“Ohhh la la!” She beamed, pulling the door open and greeting me. “The party started hours ago, and almost everyone is drunk.” She covered her mouth and giggled, and I knew she was one of the drunks she spoke of. “This is what I like to see, friend!” She motioned at my dress. “You clean up niceee!”
Rolling my eyes to keep from blushing, I smoothed my freshly pressed tresses and glanced down at my dress. Tonight, I decided to go with a floor-length black gown trimmed in gold with a matching mask. I’ve never been one to dress up or go the extra mile like this, but to get the results I’m looking for, I had to do what was necessary.
I hope Donovan likes it.
“It’s just a littlesomethingI had lying around at home.” I smiled, waving her off as I stepped inside her home. “Looks like I arrived just in time.” People were dressed up in their best, mingling, laughing, and drinking. “I’m going to go fix myself something to drink, Ash.”
As I excused myself through the sea of people, I couldn’t help but think about how my life was about to change. I was going to lose a friend, but I was going to gain so much more. Looking around the home, I couldn’t help but grin at the thought that soon this would be me. Living in Highland Meadows, Ash was doing well for herself. The three-bedroom home had an open floor plan that I envied. It didn’t scream luxury, but warmth and comfort, and while I loved my cabin, I wanted a slice of suburban life too. I hope that once Donovan and I are together, he buys me a home like this.
“Even in a crowd of masks and costumes, I’ll always recognize my little witch,” Trevor greeted me when I entered the kitchen. “That dress is hugging your body just right, my girl.” He walked over and slapped my ass. I could tell by his glossy eyes that he was plastered. “Help yourself to the food and snacks. I’m going to see if I can find the snow bunny.”
Shaking my head at his antics, I walked over to the corner of the kitchen to fix myself a drink. My nerves are through the roof right now, and I needed a shot to calm them. As I poured the tequila, my eyes scanned the room until they landed on Donovan. Even with a mask on, I knew his physique as well as I knew my morning chants. The way his arms filled out his dress shirt should have been a crime. His lineup was fresh, and even under the dim house lights, his diamonds shone brighter than the stars outside. Feeling my stare, his eyes drifted to mine and locked in. I watched as he blinked a few times before resuming his conversation with a friend. With my gaze still on him, I threw back my second shot while a tapping on my shoulder caused me to jump unintentionally.
“Hey, best friend!” Janelle sang as she pulled me into her arms. “You look so damn good tonight. I know you’re going to bring one of these niggas to his knees.”
“If only you knew…” I winked at her. Glancing down at her dress, I covered my mouth and gasped. “Oh my gosh, friend! How did we end up with the same gown?”
Looking down at herself, she giggled slightly before shrugging her shoulders. “You know, great minds and all.” She grabbed the third shot I poured for myself and threw it back. “Oh shit! Ash wanted me to start karaoke, but I need to go find Donovan. Let me go tell him?—”
“Go ahead and find Ash.” I took the cup and nudged her toward the back patio, where everyone had gathered. “I saw Donovan head out front to smoke with a few friends. I’ll go get him.”
Giving me a quick hug, she kissed my cheek as she hurriedly made her way out back. Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath and went in search of my soon-to-be boyfriend. I searched the entire front of the house looking for him. I almost gave up until I rounded the corner, leading toward the back rooms. Seeing him stumble into the hall bathroom, I glanced around to ensure everyone had left the house. Tipping down the hallway, I placed my hands against the bathroom door, saying a small chant.
“Eyes will deceive, and the veil is drawn. See not me, but the other one.”
I looked down at the bottom of the bathroom door and watched as the lights inside flickered. I stifled my cackles as I listened to a drunken Donovan cuss aloud. Saying now or never, I gave the knob a turn and internally jumped for joy to find it unlocked.
“I’m in here—Baby?” He glanced over his shoulder as he relieved himself in the toilet. “What are you doing?”
“I wanted to see you handsome,” I purred as I closed and locked the door behind me. “I’ve been wanting to get my hands on you all night.”
Glancing at my reflection in the mirror, I smirked, seeing Janelle’s reflection. Even with the mask on, I was a spitting image of her, with my tattoos and piercings gone. Pulling my dress up slightly, I hopped onto the sink’s counter, spreading my legs for him. I pushed my panties to the side so he could see what he’d done to me. The spell I put on him made him believe he was seeing Janelle. From my voice to my pussy, he would think he was dealing with his girlfriend—my best friend—but it was all me, and I couldn’t wait to feel him inside of me.
“Oh, that liquor got you wanting Daddy, huh?” He chuckled as he flushed the toilet. “Show me how wet I have you.”
Doing as he commanded, I kept my eyes on him and continued to stroke my clit. He was also stroking himself, and it didn’t take long before he was rock hard. Coming toward me, he wasted no time pulling me to the edge of the counter, lining his dick with my entrance, and pushing himself inside of me.
“Oh, fuck!” I panted, clawing at his massive arms. “You’re so fucking big.”
“Mhm,” he mumbled as he held onto my hips and began to rock into me. “Spread your legs and take this dick, baby. You know just how Daddy likes it.”
Spreading them as best as I could, I held onto him as he slammed in and out of me. It had been a while since I’d felt someone else between my legs. My vagina was crying in pain and pleasure, attempting to handle the shock of being invaded and the friction of enjoying the invasion. My eyes rolled into the back of my head as I felt my first orgasm approaching. It was the most powerful and best experience of my life when I felt the electric shock cover my entire body. The feel of sweat dropping on myface caused me to open my eyes. When I did, my breathing hitched as the most intense glare was looking back at me.
“I love you with all of my heart, Janelle,” he panted as he slammed in and out of me. “You’re going to be my wife and the mother of my children. Nothing or no one will ever be to me what you are. You’re it for me, baby.”
Instead of responding, I tightened the muscles around his dick, wanting to make the most of our first time together. Anger coursed through my veins as his strokes sped up. How dare he be inside of me and think about her? My nails ripped through the fabric of his shirt as I clenched his biceps. He was mine and mine only. The sooner he sees that, the sooner we can begin forever.
“Give me one more, Mama.” He clenched his jaw as his finger found my clit. I shivered from his touch. “Come for me, my baby.”
As he stared into my eyes, I saw all of the love he had for me, or should I say Janelle. Dropping his lips to mine, he kissed me nastily as he continued to realign my insides. I could feel him expand inside of me before he closed his eyes and threw his head back, releasing all he had deep inside my walls.
“Oh fuck, baby!” he growled, his hips jerking as he continued to come. “That shit was—Ahhh! What the fuck!”
Pulling out of me, he pulled his pants up as he stumbled backward and fell to the floor. Looking at me as if he had seen a ghost, I turned and glanced at myself in the mirror. Sure enough, the spell had worn off, and he was seeing the real me.
“S-Sabrena, w-what? H-How?”
