"Flip flops," he finishes, "I know."

"So uh, you're into the homeless-looking type, huh?"

"Kiss my ass," he chuckles, kissing my forehead, "you didn't look homeless."

"You know I had no idea what you looked like? I couldn't see your face or anything," I tell him.

"I could see you. There was a sliver of light that was shining right over you. Damn I wanted to fuck your brains out," he draws out and my eyebrows raise.

"Then you opened your mouth," he says and I narrow my eyes at him.

"But now I love you so it's worked out," he shrugs, "and I still want to fuck your brains out."

He leans down and places his lips on mine, his hands trailing down to my gluteus maximus. I pat both his cheeks, smiling into the kiss.

He sticks his hand up under the back of my dress and he fiddles with the top of my underwear. Just as I'm about to pull away to tell him that he better quit, he grips it firmly and he pulls it up.

A term I learned from the show iCarly flashes in my mind. A freaking Texas Wedgie.

I shoot away from him, gasping.

"Grey!" I shout. Bear jumps up excitedly feeding off our high energy.

"C'mere," he chuckles.

"Uh uh," I shake my head, "you're not touching me. And forget helping me take my dress off after I get home!"

"Shh," he hushes me chuckling, "Abby's going to think we're horny motherfuckers."

"What does that have to do with anything?!"

"Jesus help us," he shakes his, pinching the bridge of his nose and I fix my underwear. I walk to our room really quick and put on a pair of spandex under the dress, figuring it'd be a good idea.

Who knows, maybe I'll need to attempt a kart wheel and I don't want my dress to fly up to reveal my under draws.

"-don't leave her alone. She'll die." I catch the last part of what Grey is saying to Abby as I walk back into the room.

"I will most certainly not die. Who's the dramatic one now?" I place my hands on my hips.

"I just can't be there for you if something does happen Lilah," he says, "I'll be three hours away tonight."

That makes my heart sink a bit. What if I do need him?

"Abby, you best stay with me."

"I will, I promise," she laughs, "We should get going."

"Be good Bear. Don't poop anywhere please and thank you," I bend down kissing the top of his head. Grey keeps his hand on the back of my dress, holding it down so it doesn't rise up when I bend over. Even though I put those spandex on. When I stand back up, he lets go, patting Bear's head a few times before grabbing his keys off the table and handing me mine.

He turns the lights off except for one. He used to turn them all off but I convinced him that Bear shouldn't be in the dark. What if he's scared of the dark? So now he leaves one on for him.

We walk out into the chilly night air and I wrap my arms around myself. Grey grips onto me and pulls me to his Jeep. He opens the door and hands me the jacket he keeps in it.

"Look at you being all sweet, Sugar," I smile up at him. He rolls his eyes, pulling his jacket closed, keeping me warm.

"I don't like this at all," he tells me seriously. I know he doesn't.

"But I'm not about to tell you that you're not allowed to go. You've had enough controlling motherfuckers in your life. I just want you safe," he tilts my chin up to him.
