Mark: Van can you give us a run down again since not all of us saw the footage of Manhattan
Command: Here is the run down.
- The Mancini heiress and wife of the Irish don went into a Russian front company, demanded a meeting with Vix Volotov and planned to turn over Van’s true loyalty to Volotov Senior.
- When meeting with Vadim, she gave away Van’s buried stronghold, but not the full nature or location of the bunker. Still, they now know to look underground. Not ideal.
- At the last moment, after learning a key piece of intel that changes everything, Mancini chose our side.
Gailo: and went John Wick on everyone’s kneecaps. So epic.
Van: Agreed.
Van: She also said she loves me.
Mark: No one cares!
Gailo: Our big ugly softie.
Mark: What was the intel?
Zander: It’s been in the magazines this whole time.
Mark: Well, fuck.
Gailo: Van’s wife is the best liar I’ve ever seen. Standing ovation.
Zander: I tend to concur.
Command: QUIET
Command: We have a few unique narratives to craft now:
- Why would Quinn send his wife into the Russian spa to shoot Vadim rather than go himself or send a trained soldier?
- Why would she reveal some of her cards to them and give Vix a cryptic message in the middle of her ambush?
- Why did the Russians blow up Quinn’s compound after reaching a peace agreement?
Van: I’d like to know that last one, specifically.
Mark: I thought that was us.
Van: I should hope not.
Gailo: Sorry about your Aunt, V
Mark: Agreed.
Zander: Condolences.
Robbie: Yes, sorry Van.
Command: More fuel for our fire. She should have been spared. Unforgivable. Vadim will meet his fate.
Command: Until then, we will handle the narratives. Van, you handle your wife.
Gailo: LOL Unfuckinglikely. Everyone better find some kevlar knee pads!
