Have nothing for the rest of today, but tomorrow, we are doing more drills.

Her eyes rounded when she realized that Monday was her birthday.

Totally forgot that one, huh?

She wasn’t surprised because she often forgot about her birthday, so she rarely celebrated it.

When she did remember it, she got a small cake and a candle and celebrated it with her favorite Chinese food from the hole-in-the-wall place not far from her apartment.

Monday should be slower, thankfully.

Sutton debated telling him about her birthday because she didn’t really want anyone to make a big deal about it.
