I kissed the back of her head.
“Last night…” Cecilia started.
I held my breath, afraid she regretted what we did. I was scared to lose her now that I had her. I should have resisted.
“Last night felt like a dream come true,” she said, placing her hands over mine.
I let out my breath, relieved.
“Did you regret what we did?” she asked as her body stiffened.
“No, I don’t have any regrets. I wished I’d known sooner how you felt about me,” I told her, her body relaxing and molding with mine. “I haven’t been this happy in a very long time,” I admitted.
“Me either,” she said. “So, what happens now? Is this a one-time thing?”
“Of course not. I told you last night that you’re mine. I’m never letting you go, Cece. Let’s see where this relationship takes us.”
She pulled away and spun around to face me before straddling me.
“I’m yours,” she said softly, our eyes locked. “What should we tell my dad?”
“Let’s not worry about that now and focus on us,” I suggested.
I didn’t want to talk about her father, especially after what we did last night and being with her naked in the bathtub. I’ll need to think about what we’re going to tell him before he finds out from someone else.
“Okay, let’s focus on us.” She leaned forward, her soft, plump lips pressing on mine in a slow, sensual kiss.
She pulled back, the feeling of her lips lingered on mine. “Let’s enjoy the bath, get some breakfast, and head home. I’m sure Skip and Oreo miss us and want us home.”
She flashed her beautiful smile then kissed me again. I can’t get enough of this woman.

CECILIA
Leo and I held hands the entire time on our long journey back home. Our first date was perfect, and I couldn’t be happier that my wish came true. I’ve always loved Leo. He’s an incredible man—so compassionate, loving, and sexy as sin. Now he’s mine.
As soon as we entered my house, our dogs were all over us, giving us kisses and showing how much they missed us.
“Did you miss me, girl?” I asked.
Picking up Oreo, her tail swung swiftly, slapping my arm, and her tongue licked all over my face. I giggled, giving her a hug.
“I missed you, too,” I said, placing a kiss on her head, then placed her on the floor.
I watched how Leo was with Skip, and I couldn’t help but smile. Leo’s eyes were filled with love as he crouched down to pet Skip then rub his belly. Leo looked up at me, our gaze meeting.
“What?” he asked, his cheeks turning pink as he blushed.
“Nothing…just admiring you and Skip.” I grinned.
Leo’s lips curled up, returning with a smile, softening the strong features of his face.
“Well, I’m going to go,” Nina interrupted my moment with Leo, smirking as she stared at me.
“Thanks again for watching our pups,” I said.
“Of course, they were good kids.” She chuckled and gave me a hug. “Call me.” Nina winked. I knew that she wanted all the details of my date with Leo, especially since we ended up staying overnight at the hotel.
