"What's wrong?" He couldreadme.
"I need to tell you something," Iwhispered.
"What did you do now?" He kissed myshoulder.
I slid around on his lap. I tried not to disturb his manliness as it poked me inmyhip.
He grunted from mymovements.
I pressed a littlefurther.
He lifted me up and sat me back down in a less tantalizingposition.
When we were settled, he looked intomyeyes.
I bowedmyhead.
He liftedmychin.
"Justin and Piper and I had a little planning session over breakfast the other day.” I touched his cheek. “It was their idea to get us in a room together. I didn't mean tomanipulateyou."
He nodded andlookedaway.
"I'm sosorry."
He reached around me and moved the plate totheside.
My mouth watered at the omelet with steak, mushrooms, andcheese.
"I figured he had something to do with it." He cut a piece with a fork and fed ittome.
I groaned, it wassogood.
"How did he get you to meet me?" Isighed.
"When Justin asks you to do something, you do it?" He took a bite himself and fed me more. “Besides, I knew itwasyou."
"How?"
"He told me if I go in that room, it will change my life, and if I don't, I'll regret it for the rest of my life." Hefrowned.
"The rest of your life, huh?" I picked at the hem of my t-shirt.
"That's a long time to live with regret." Harrisonnodded.
He brought the fork up to my mouth, and I shookmyhead.
