“Or what?”

Titan growled a little and bit at my jaw. His big hands squeezed my ass again. “Or I’ll take you right here.”

“If Nico comes home, that will traumatize him.”

“He’ll get over it.” Titan tossed me a smirk before slowly sinking to his knees, hands smoothing down my thighs. “I’m not feeling patient right now.”

I inwardly thanked my past self for deciding to wear athletic shorts that morning instead of jeans. Easier access. He yanked them down my hips, and in a flash, his hot, wet mouth was taking my cock. The sight of his lips stretched around me had me groaning. When his blue-green eyes flickered up to lock gazes with me, I threaded my fingers through his dark hair.

“I love you,” I said.

Titan flicked his tongue across my cock head before pulling off with a wetpop.“I love you too.”

I saw that love shining in his eyes. I felt it too. In every touch. In his every kiss.

Before the end of the war, I never imagined life could be like this: having my own little cooking show and interacting with so many humans. Spending a lazy morning in the kitchen with the male who owned my heart. Being a warrior was all I’d known ever since I was a kid. But now that my brothers and I could finally live in peace, my days were much happier. I could make cooking videos. Hell, I could even open my own restaurant on the island someday. The possibilities were endless.

It excited me.

“Where’s your mind at?” he asked.

“Here with you.” I trailed my fingers down his cheek. “Only with you.”

When I’d walked through the realm of the lost, searching for Kallias, the realm had tried to trick me into staying by showing what I wanted most. One scene had been just like this one: me and Titan living in our happily ever after without the threat of war hanging over our heads. I had wanted to stay in that reality more than anything. But it hadn’t been real. This, however, was.

It was the only place I ever wanted to be.

Kallias moved along the coffee bar in the corner of the kitchen, frothing milk before mixing it in with coffee. He had made his own whipped cream and added a generous dollop before drizzling caramel syrup on top.

Elasus sat beside me at the table and watched him with the kind of tenderness in his eyes I saw all the time from my own mate. They lived in the bungalow where Lazarus had once stayed while on the island. They had made it their own within the past year or so, adding their personal touches.

Making it a home.

“Please tell me what you think,” Kallias said as he placed a mug in front of me. His eager expression caused an ache in the center of my chest. Not a bad one though. It was just nice not to feel that oppressive sadness that had so often clung to him in the past. Since his mate had returned from the Elysian Fields, my brother smiled a lot more.

Melancholy was still with him—just as all our sins were still part of us—but that crippling sadness had lifted a bit.

“Don’t mind if I do.” I took a drink of the latte. It was creamy, sweet, and brewed strong. I took another drink, this one bigger.

A smile bloomed across his face. “You like it?”

As I kept drinking, Titan breathed out a short laugh. “I think that’s a yes.”

Kallias poured a mug for Elasus and kissed him on the top of the head. He then gave a mug to Titan and poured one for himself before joining us at the table.

“Help yourself,” I said, motioning to the platter of cake donuts in the center. “There’s chocolate, blueberry, and a cinnamon swirl one.”

“He woke early to make them.” Titan rested his titanium hand on my knee. I placed mine on top, loving the smooth coolness of the metal beneath my palm. Loved it even more when he turned his hand over and linked our fingers.

Titan and I regularly had breakfast with Kallias and Elasus. Sometimes they came to our house. Other times we went to theirs. He was my only brother who still lived in close proximity, so we saw each other as much as possible. While it was kind of bittersweet that the others had started lives elsewhere, I was happy for them. We had spouses now. Daman had a son. Heck, Alastair lived in a different realm. But even though our paths had diverged, we’d always be connected.

We’d always be brothers. All eight of us.

So much in our lives might’ve changed, but that never would.

Elasus grabbed a cinnamon swirl donut and handed it to Kallias, feeding his mate before himself. I smiled. Could they be any cuter?
