I peeked in the door, where Cas and all three of the pups were bundled up in the bed while Cas read to them from a chapter book about a little boy rabbit who spent most of his time getting in trouble and having adventures. They looked so happy together, and for a moment I almost forgot that he wasn't their sire by blood. Quietly, I retreated to the bathroom to finish cleaning up after bath time, then wandered the house picking up little bits and pieces, stroking my belly and imagining Cas with our little one.

About ten minutes later, Cas crept out of the bedroom, Henry limply asleep on his shoulder. "I'll just put him to bed," he whispered and disappeared into Henry's room.

I curled up on the couch and pulled the blanket down over my shoulders. Funny how sexy a man who would spend time with my pups was. Admittedly, I was always a little more eager when I was pregnant, but watching Cas patiently reading to the pups, when I knew he'd already read them the same book at least four times since Jason had given it to them, made me want to do things with him that had nothing to do with rabbits.

Well, maybe the breeding like bunnies part. But my feelings toward him right now were not in the least soft and fuzzy.

He came out of the room, his hair sticking up on one side where I guessed he'd laid down with Henry for a moment. "They were so tired, I only got through one chapter, and I'm not sure any of them were awake for the last bit." He patted down his hair and reached to turn off the light to the hallway. "Next time, you can read the book to them. I want to slap that rabbit silly."

"He's not a very polite bunny, is he?" I agreed, then patted the couch beside me. "Come here."

He grinned and I think he got the hint. "Not too tired?"

"Not tired at all," I told him. I held my arms out to him and climbed into his lap when he sank onto the couch. "Thank you for being so good with the pups."

"I like your pups," he reminded me as he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me against his chest. "I like you, too."

"That's good to know," I said, firmly controlling the quiver of laughter in my voice. "Because right now, I'd like you to take your clothes off."

"Just me?"

"No, I'm going to take mine off too." Then, in my primmest voice, I added, "I plan to have my wicked, wicked way with you.” Lysoonka bless Bax's novels. I really needed to spend more time reading.

Cas stood up abruptly with me in his arms. I worried a moment for his back, but then I caught a hint of wolf in his scent and realized he'd borrowed a bit. Well, two could play at that game.

I hoped the pups were as tired as they'd looked.

He carried me into the bedroom and I could tell he was definite sire material because instead of kicking the door shut behind us, he nudged it with his hip until it closed softly on the rest of the house. I flung an arm around his neck and kissed him as he laid me on the bed and began to undress me. "Thanks for not waking the pups up," I whispered.

"You'll just have to remember not to scream," he whispered back and I blushed, because I had discovered a certain...tendency...to make a lot of noise since I'd started taking advantage of Cas.

Cas made short work of both our clothing and then we were cuddled together on the bed. My intention to have wild monkey sex evaporated into long, sensual kisses, skin on skin, and hands exploring well-known territory like it was new again. Cas stretched a hand over my belly, hunting the tiny thumps and pummelings of the baby inside—this one was polite, more like Ann had been. Pip had been a maelstrom of punching and stretching and more than once I'd seen the full outline of a hand or food appear eerily out of my flesh.

"Ha!" Cas crowed and wiggled down the bed to chase the baby with kisses.

I laughed, feeling the baby kick and watching Cas pounce. "It's not a competition," I reminded him. "And there'll be plenty of time for kisses after he's here." We knew it was a boy now, Adelaide having pulled out that amazing ultrasound and showed us the tell-tale anatomy. Cas wanted an omega, to keep up with the brothers he said. I thought maybe he wanted one so I would know he was okay with omegas. Like I didn't already, but it was a sweet thought.

"I want him to know I love him before he gets here," Cas said and pounced again. "This is fun."

My head fell back against the pillow and I laughed. "Get up here, you silly wolf. I swear, I'm going to be jealous of that pup."

"Oh," Cas said, his voice gone deep. "No need to worry about that."

My spine bowed when he took me deep in his mouth. I drew in a deep, harsh breath and closed my hands on the bedclothes until my knuckles hurt. My four-month belly and the pup inside writhed in response to Cas's teasing of my cock while I bit my lip, determined not to beg. I didn't know what I'd beg for anyway—for him to stop, or never stop.

"The pup seems to like it," he said, his lips pressed now to my belly.

"Precocious just like his sire," I said breathlessly. "Come here."

He climbed up my body until we were lying on our sides, face-to-face. I stroked his cheek, the side of his neck, the strong elegant curve of his shoulder. "Kiss me." His lips met mine, gentle at first, then insisting on more from me as my hand slid farther down his body, until I could take him in my hand to stroke in time to the invasions of his tongue in my mouth.

"Do that again," he whispered and then stole my reply with another burning kiss.

I changed my grip on him and brought our hips closer—I wanted us to touch each other, to feel his heat and my own between the curve of my belly and the flat muscle of his. "Like this?" I whispered and flattened both our cocks against my belly, rutting shamelessly against him.

He growled and grabbed for my thigh, draping it over his hip and moving us even closer than I'd thought possible. "Lysoon, Raleigh, you kill me." His kiss this time was hard and possessive, underlaid with a desperation I liked. "Don't think you're going anywhere now."

"I wouldn't," I promised him and lifted my chin to let him bite along my neck. It raised the hair all over my body and I allowed myself a quiet whine of frustration and rocked my hips more frantically. "Oh!"
