“I love how he looks on you. His marks on your skin… my skin,” he drawls in my ear.

My hands cradle his jaw. “I love watching you with him. I love the sounds you make when he kisses you and how breathless you make him.”

“You really want this? Us. You, me, and JJ?”

“In every way,” I tell him, leaning back so he can see the certainty and the ache. “You and me, me and JJ, JJ and you… I want it all.”

“Me and Jayden,” Elijah murmurs, not really a question and not really a statement. More of a wondrous musing that he worships me with when I nod, twisting my fingers in his hair so he can’t pull away when I suck his lip into my mouth and sink my teeth down on the plush flesh.

After this morning, I won’t let him retreat. I can’t be without him anymore.

“Elijah,” I breathe, drinking in his hot breath, “I’ve never seen anything as beautiful as the two of you together. I’ve never wanted to be a part of something so, so damn much as I want to be a part of you and JJ.”

“You are, Fin,” he says, lifting me and carrying me to the tub. “You are ours, Finley-James, and we are yours.”

Setting me on my feet, he steps into the bath and holds out his hand. My heart, already racing, punches into my lungs as my gaze trails over him—every contour, every line.

My Lord, I cannot get over how manly he is. Every inch of him has matured. Although I’ve seen him naked, had him inside me… felt the strength that’s physically etched into his person, I am struck by the sight of him nude.

I swallow when my eyes stall over the thick length of him. My insides buzz, needing him.

He clears his throat, and I finally look at the water—shallow, really—but logic fritzes under the panic’s churn.

“You’re safe with me, Angel.” The rumble of his voice brings me back to his eyes.

“I know.” I tremble and give him my hand, grip so tightly that my knuckles burn as he helps me in.

The warm water is bliss, but his arms closing around me when he lowers us into the bath and cradles me to his chest is heaven.

“Relax,” he says softly, fingertips stroking my belly under the suds.

Fresh stubble rasps my temple when he nuzzles, and I melt closer. “I’m trying.”

“You feel me breathe?” he murmurs, flattening his palm between my hips.

I want that hand lower. I want to squirm and forget why water scares me.

“Focus on me. On my chest… in and out.” His cadence is hypnotic. “In and out. In… out…”

Even when he stops, I stay with the rhythm. Allowing myself to melt into him even as the water rises around us.

Elijah reaches back to shut off the rain, presses a button, and jets bubble around us. Ocean sounds wrap the room. Suds build, and Jayden’s scent blooms stronger. Like he’s here—just out of sight, just out of reach.

“Close your eyes, Beautiful,” Elijah murmurs, kissing my temple.

“Where’s JJ?” I yawn, obeying, nuzzling into his chest so his heartbeat thrums against my ear.

“Taking care of a couple things before we go to dinner.” He settles deeper, legs coiling with mine.

I’m not just held. I’m sheltered. Warmth everywhere, him everywhere.

This is so good. Better than we ever imagined.

CHAPTER 16

JAYDEN

This is surreal.
