I kiss the top of her head, breathing her in. “You are special. I’ve never met anyone like you. You’re brave with a touch of crazy. You’re beautiful. You have a great laugh. And you make a mean grilled cheese.”
She goes still. “You think I’m beautiful?”
“Yes.”
“You don’t think I’m too fat?”
I roll over, bracing my weight on my forearms so she’s caged beneath me. “Too fat?” I snap my brows down tight. “Who told you that?”
“No one,” she squeaks, her eyes darting away.
“Now who’s lying? I want names. Because they’re idiots.”
She cups my face in her hands, pulling my lips down to hers. “For a big, burly mountain man, you’re too sweet for words.”
Her kiss is soft at first, then deepens. For a moment, every ache, every disappointment I’ve carried dissolves. She’s right here, warm and real, and nothing else matters.
“What you do to me,” I murmur against her mouth. “You have no idea.”
“Good.” Her eyes sparkle like emeralds in the dim morning light. “Because I think while we’re snowed in, we should keep doing this. Don’t you?”
I close my eyes, drop my forehead to hers. “You’re killing me.”
“But what a way to go,” she whispers in my ear, giving my beard another tug.
“Before we make breakfast, there’s something I want you to do for me,” she says softly.
“Name it.” I lift my head. “I’m at your service, Damsel Gina.”
Her fingers stroke my jaw. “I want to feel this between my legs.”
“As you wish…” I slide down her luscious body. She spreads her legs for me, and I nip on the inside of her creamy thighs. “Do you like that?”
“Yes,” she threads her fingers in my hair. “God, yes.”
I lap at her folds with my tongue, savoring the tangy taste of her. She shivers under me, her legs widening. I reward her with long, steady licks until her hips fly up and her perfect thighs squeeze around my head, pulling me in.
“Don’t stop…please…don’t stop,” she cries.
I latch my mouth onto her sensitive flesh, sucking and licking. Her fingers dig into my scalp as a climax rips through her.
When she collapses back onto the bed, I sit up smugly satisfied. “How was that?”
“Amazing,” she whispers. “But I’m going to need a minute before we get up for breakfast, because I’m absolutely boneless.”
“Is that so?” I chuckle. “Well, don’t move,” I wrap my hand around my shaft and glide it into her. “How’s this?” I take my time, slowly sliding in and out.
“Perfect,” she pulls my mouth to hers. “Who needs breakfast anyway?”
As my hips start to shift harder and faster—I know that when she leaves, I will never be the same.
But right now, I’m giving her everything I have.
I’ll deal with the fallout later.
