“Seth, you’ve been a fucking saint. I know we still have a ways to go, but I don’t think sex will keep us from building a sound foundation.”

He nodded, his hands finally moving down my sides.

“Plus, I’m so fucking horny I feel like my vagina will explode if you don’t fuck me.”

He laughed, bringing his mouth down to mine for a deep kiss. His hands groped and squeezed my ass, raising it up to wrap my thighs around his hips. The hardness in his pants rubbed against me, turning me into a moaning mess.

I quickly unbuttoned his shirt. It may have been dark, but I could still make out his definition and feel every ridge with deep appreciation.

As my fingers fiddled with his belt, his back pocket vibrated.

His forehead hit my shoulder, and he growled. “You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.”

Shifting all my weight into one of his large hands, he took the burner out of his pocket.

“Of course.” His face twisted up in a scowl. “We gotta go. An old friend is looking for assistance.”

He slid the burner back into his pocket, and his hand resumed supporting my ass.

“Really? Can’t we just leave in ten minutes?” I wiggled my eyebrows.

Seth scoffed. “Ten minutes? What do you take me for?”

Laughing, he set me down. Hand in hand, we walked back to the wedding. Making our excuses, we headed to the car parked between rows of tall oaks.

“You ready?” Seth asked as he pulled out of the lane of trees.

“You bet.” I held his free hand in mine as we drove away from our friends and family toward an unknown danger.
