“That’s okay. And you’re not weird for it. You’re not broken.”

Tears well in my eyes. “I know, but other people make me feel broken because of it.”

“Don’t let them get into your head. If someone makes you feel bad, let me know. We’ve only just met again, but I know you deserve better. You deserve to feel good about yourself.”

Tears slip from my eyes and soak Andy’s t-shirt beneath me. “You know all the right things to say.” But will his actions reflect his pretty words or will he be like everyone else and expect sex?

“Sleep, sweetheart. Don’t let those mean people bother you ever again.”

We don’t set an alarm. As one, we settle in, with Andy holding me close. He smells like summer, sunscreen, sun, and ocean air, all my favorite scents. I fall asleep to Andy’s soft breathing.

ANDY

My heartagain aches for Trevor. His former partners did him a disservice trying to push him into sex when he wasn’t ready. I’ve never been one to demand sex from my partners. It’s something that just happened.

Trevor sleeps peacefully in my arms and while I only have a view of the top of his head, I’m happy. He’s drooling, and it doesn’t bother me. I’d be ecstatic waking like this until the end of my days. Holding a boy just hits differently than sleeping alone. If Trevor never wants to have sex, I’d respect that.

I kiss the top of his head and smooth down his hair, content letting him sleep as long as he wants.

He makes a happy sigh and pushes to look at me. “Thank you, Daddy. That was the bestest nap.” He flops to his back and stares at the ceiling. I can’t tell what he’s thinking. “Thanks for not trying anything.”

I brush hair from his eyes. “Never without your consent, sweetheart.”

“I’m still so full from lunch, but I’m not ready to leave you,” Trevor confesses.

“I do have some story books if you want to stay? I can read to you?”

“Yeah!” He holds Bandit close to his chest. “Pwease and tank you.”

He has all the cutest reactions as I read. He asks Bandit questions. He squeals and asks for more. As the sun goes down, he settles back into the bed and wraps himself in the blankets. I don’t ask if he wants to go home. I simply let him stay.

TREVOR

I’ve hungout with Andy for three days and I’m back at his hotel room again as we finish negotiating our Daddy/Little dynamic. We wanted to take it slow and make sure we were both happy. We’re down to the last part, the section I asked to be done last.

“Sex.” Andy pulls out the contract we’ve been working on. “No sex in Little space.”

“Correct.” I nod and fiddle with the edge of the table.

“Anything else?”

I nibble my bottom lip. “What if…” I swallow. “What if my brain decides it’s okay, though? What if we’re testing the waters with a bath and I get hard and want you to touch me?” My face is so freaking hot.

Andy taps his lips with a pen. “How about the default is no sex in Little space, but we add a keyword. If you say the word, then it’s okay to proceed with something if it feels natural in the scene. Does that make sense?”

“That sounds good. I’m not saying my brain will change, but just in case. What about…” I look around the room. “Kit Kat.”

Andy nods. “If you say Kit Kat in a scene, it’s okay to proceed with something sexual.”

“Perfect. Thank you, Andy.”

“Thankyou. I’m so proud of you for talking this through.” He puts his pen down and opens his arms.

I don’t hesitate to crawl into his lap.
