Angel didn’t just go down on me. In his arms I ravished and savoured and I loved ever second of it. There was a tenderness in the rough way he pleased me I never experienced before.

And so, help me God, I wanted to do it again!

This was new. Even with my mind still an Angel induced haze, I couldn’t help the way my body trembled with the aftershocks of my most powerful climax. My hands slipped away from the back of his head, but he didn’t let go. He dropped kisses on my tender bud then trailed his lips back to the insides of thighs to caress me with his beard.

“Angel I—” I mewled.

“Shhh.” He whispered lying me down on the sofa with a pillow beneath my head. “Get a nap, then I can take you home.”

He drew the blanket from the back of the couch and pulled it over my body.

Chapter 6

Angel

The water flowed over my head then drained down my back. I kept thinking about Hawk, the way she tasted. I closed my eyes, held my breath and turned the cold water up. There, I could focus on the case and her missing partner. The man who’d died didn’t have to. He was asked to stop and chose to run. I tried to find some sympathy for him.

There was none.

I dragged my hand over my cleanly shaved head, bowed and allowed the water to pulse against my neck.

Hands snaked around my waist to press to my abs. I moaned and turned my head to see water soaking through the dark of Hawk’s hair. Before I could react, her body was away from me, her palms cupping my ass cheeks and squeezing.

“You’re supposed to be resting.” I moaned.

“I’ll let you do all the work.” She purred, dropping kisses to the back of my neck then down my spine. “That’s technically resting.”

Unable to help myself, I turned in her arms and held her hands so I could see her body. She was curved in the right places and I wanted to trace every single one with my mouth. With a sigh, I bowed my head to kiss her shoulders then pulled her into my arms and held her tightly. The water poured down over us.

“Why is the water so cold?” She asked.

When I said nothing, she lifted her head to look into my eyes. “I see. Angel, you could have told me.”

“You’re going through things right now.” My voice cracked. “This will go away. I can wait.”

“Seriously.” Her voice cracked. “I know this can’t be easy for you. I’ve heard men say walking around with an arousal is painful.”

I licked my lips, trying to find the right words to let her know I was okay. She had to know what she was going through, the things she was feeling took precedence over my boner.

“Don’t worry about me. Like I said, a little while longer in the cold water and it’ll be gone.”

Even as the words left my lips, she’d dragged her hands up my back and was playing with my head then trailing her nails down my neck. I trembled as my body took over everything my head wanted.

I kissed her again—slowly. The need inside me was raw and overwhelming. I held my breath, but my hands trembled as I touched her.

Weak, I lifted my head to catch my breath, but she didn’t back off. Hawk used her mouth on my chest, my neck, my shoulders and my knees wobbled under me.

Unable to concentrate, I rested my back to the cool wall. I needed someway of staying on my feet. Hawk remained where she was, caressing my body like it belonged to her. The thought of that made me harder and when our eyes met, she floored me with her tongue flowing over her lips.

Hawk touched me in a way I hadn’t been before. Each caress pulled at something in me, something almost primal and I tried swallowing it. She found my nipples, tugging and pinching and twisting. Fire exploded behind my eyes and roamed through my veins, threatening to twist my body in any form she wanted.

I writhed for her, her hot palms moving down my frame to tighten her fingers around my cock. With my eyes closed, I opened myself up for her.

“Sasha.”

“Do you want me to stop?” She asked.

But she didn’t stop stroking me. I bit into my bottom lip.
