A knowing smirk edged his lips as his gaze dipped to the evidence of my pathetic lack of control. “Enjoy the show?” he asked.
I noticed the female slumped in his arms didn’t move. At least she wasn’t awake to witness my break in control.
“Fuck off, asshole,” Ryker said, his voice surprising me.
It took me a moment to realize that the Outcast hadn’t been just talking to me.
All of the alphas had their hand on their dicks and their seed running over their fingers.
The bond extended to all of us and I could sense the Outcast’s amusement, as well as the begrudged pleasure from all of the other alphas.
Odd…
The sound of someone clearing their throat from the end of the cavern caught my attention.
“Now’s not a good time, Althea,” the Outcast growled as he shifted our mate in his arms.
Althea stepped forward despite the alpha’s words. In my pack, that would have been a death wish. “I’m afraid it can’t wait,” she said as she emotionlessly assessed the situation.
It must have been a comical sight with so many alphas with their hard, wet dicks out, but she didn’t even so much as flinch.
The Outcast sighed. “Fine, what is it?”
She gave him a subtle nod. “One of the Hunters is here to speak with you. He calls himself Dante.”
KANE
I went still at Althea’s words.
A Hunter… here?
Very few things could have pried me away from such a moment as this. My perfect mate rested against my chest, content and sated by all of my seed.
Fuck, She’d drained me dry on the first attempt. Taking an alpha’s knot could be painful the first time, but she’d reached the level of orgasm and pleasure required to fully empty me inside of her.
As if that wasn’t satisfaction enough to finally experience a true knot with my ideal mate, the sight of all the alphas chained and dripping with seed made me want to lord over them.
I had something they clearly wanted and Kaitsja had been brilliant with Her ploy to make them suffer in this way.
Yes, they had suffered. I’d watched them all succumb to unconsciousness as their wolves rejected them just as they had rejected Her.
What I hadn’t expected was their human minds to connect with Her as we finished the Claiming.
That… concerned me.
Because it meant that She had left open a mate bond between them all.
I’d brought her here to sever the bond so that she wouldn’t be under their control. We couldn’t kill them, but I’d expected her to reject them.
What I hadn’t expected her was to take my knot. Pride swelled in my chest at her choice of punishment for them, even if I didn’t understand why she hadn’t rejected them yet.
Perhaps… she meant to mate them.
It made sense, given what I knew about Her role as the Moon Guardian. She was supposed to unite all the packs.
And if She decided to mate all of the alphas, it would undoubtedly do exactly that.
I wanted to stay and explore what all this meant, especially while She remained sedated by bliss in my arms. These alphas were in a vulnerable state and would likely divulge honest truths that I wouldn’t be able to otherwise obtain when their wolves returned.
