“And our cocks,” Wells adds helpfully.

We all chuckle.

THE RIDE INTO CITRADOTHpasses quickly. I re-read my packet, complete with my notes from my personal research. Human videos on mating. They had been... enlightening.

Zallan has his handheld out and is sending messages. I peer over his shoulder and it’s all regarding the upcoming season, not any emergencies, thankfully. Wells and Nara chat as the mobile takes us directly to the Concord facility in the city.

All three of the Federation planets have Concord facilities in every major city nowadays. And here on Celnoe, they were headquartered with our planetary pack matching organization.

Zallan and I had packed-up young, but once we had Nara, we had decided to move out of the city to start an intentional community. We spent a lot of time working with various organizations and sects of our society. Once our plans, and our written ordinances were in order, we had chosen a location and we started designing our home ourselves, Zallan had always dreamed of adding to our pack, so he insisted on extra space; I had been excited that we could both pursue our interestsandhave the space and privacy I’d long desired.

Because of Zallan’s position, we needed to stay within a reasonable mobile ride to Citradoth, however. But that nearness had allowed us to find Wells, approximately five revolutions ago, through the planetary pack matching system. And once we’d all settled in and were ready, we applied for an omega.

It was a dream. An omega of our own. Many packs were still without. Which is why the Concord Federation still explored space in search of planets with omegas.

Other packs have had to wait up to a full cycle for their mate to be found from planets within the Omega Concord. But when found, the match was solid. So we waited. Waited for an omega to spoil. To love. To plant our seed in, and perhaps for it to root. A dream indeed, to find a soft, sweet, submissive mate ready to be mounted whenever we returned home.

The mobile smoothly stops outside the rounded green building. Zallan opens the door and gestures for us to go ahead of him.

Nara opens the door to the Concord building and we all enter. Wells’ tail fans back and forth, as does Nara’s. Zallan’s is tucked down, hiding his emotions.

“Hello Pack Gathea!” the orange-skinned omega behind the desk smiles, his white hair braided back. “Are you ready to meet your mate?”

We had learned upon applying, that the program tries to keep alphas, fromanyof the planets, behind the scenes, after a few unfortunate early incidents. So we’re not surprised to see an omega working, but his scent is heady for any alpha, even though he’s claimed.

I cannot wait to smell my omega.

“The med bay is ready for her arrival,” the Wexhius continues. Many of that species have matched with packs here.

Elizabeth Hudson. That’s her name.

Or it was, before she swore our oath. Now she’s Omega Elizabeth Gathea.

My heart swells with pride. We have an omega.

Zallan is speaking with the Wexhius as we are led down a hallway. A metal door whooshes open and two winged Olushstand, one with a clipboard, taking notes from a screen, the other standing over a small form laying upon the metal table.

Our omega.

Chapter Six

Wells

She’s lovely.

I inhale deeply, her scent dancing in the air of the room where she lays upon an examination table.

Sweet. Fresh. Creamy, almost. Warm with an undertone of the forest.

Absolutely fucking intoxicating.

But unexpectedly, both my first, and my second, snarl angrily and I see their tails lash. I blink, confused, trying to focus, as I glance at Nara for guidance.

I am an alpha Celnoe male, this is true. But I was never going to be a first or second; I simply do not have the disposition for it.Fine by me. Zallan is always worrying and running things and Ryson is a grumpy asshole. Most of the time, anyway.

But as my eyes scan the room again, I finally catch what they had registered at first glance.

There was an alpha looking at our naked omega.
