“JD,” she whimpers against my palm, her breathing erratic as she nears her climax. Knowing we’re sharing this intense moment sends me hurtling toward my release, and with a final shudder, we both finish.

Heart pounding and breathless, I help Emma straighten her clothes before we prepare to rejoin the others. I can see the worry in her eyes as she glances towards the door, but I give her hand a reassuring squeeze.

“I love that you have to spend the rest of tonight with me inside you. It’s so fucking sexy.”

She blushes and squirms. “I like it too.”

“Ready?” I ask, and she nods hesitantly. Taking a deep breath, we step out of the storage closet and into the bustling noise of the bar.

As soon as we’re spotted, Alec pulls Emma in for a searing kiss. The passion between them is unmistakable, and it takes a moment for me to remember where we are. Luka slides right next to her, his intense gray eyes taking in our flushed faces.

“Have fun?” he teases, and I can’t help but grin, feeling a mixture of pride and possessiveness.

“Maybe a little jealous, boys?” I quip, raising an eyebrow at my roommates.

“Always,” Alec replies, smirking. “But JD, you better not have been too obvious. We don’t want to get caught.”

“Of course not,” I assure him.

“Good,” Luka says softly, his gaze never leaving mine. “We need to protect each other.” He wraps an arm around Emma, making sure she’s included in his protective embrace.

“Here’s to us,” I declare, raising my drink. “And to new rituals.”

We all clink our glasses.

“New rituals,” they all echo, and we drink to the future, whatever it may hold.

Chapter 35

I’m standing at the bar with Luka, JD, and Alec after having sex with JD in a closet, feeling a sense of warmth and belonging that I couldn’t have imagined before meeting these three incredible men.

It feels like my sex drive is in overdrive since I have three sexy boyfriends to constantly turn me on.

Alec has his arms wrapped around me from behind, his chin resting on my shoulder, his breath tickling my neck. JD and Luka are next to us, engaged in some kind of playful banter.

“Seriously, why does Alec get to be the one touching Emma in public?” Luka complains, rolling his intense gray eyes. I can’t help but giggle at his feigned annoyance.

“Come on, man,” JD chimes in, his warm brown eyes twinkling with amusement. “You know none of us are ready to go public with the…unique status of our relationship.” He punctuates the sentence with a contagious laugh that causes me to join in.

Luka groans dramatically but then sneakily squeezes my hand while giving me a wink so I know he’s just joking. My heart flutters at the sweet gesture, and I think about how lucky I am to have these amazing guys in my life.

“Here you go, Em,” JD says, handing me the drink he just bought for me. I take a sip, enjoying the taste of the fruity cocktail as it slides down my throat. And that’s when I notice her.

Across the bar, a girl is glaring at me, her eyes locked onto mine like lasers. I can’t help but raise an eyebrow in question, wondering what her problem is. “Hey, guys,” I say casually, trying not to draw too much attention to the situation. “Do you think that girl over there is just jealous that I’m surrounded by the three of you, or does she have a legitimate reason to hate me?”

My question piques their interest, and they all glance over in her direction. I feel Alec tense behind me.

Alec’s arms tighten around me as he lets out a low sigh. “That’s my ex-girlfriend, Chloe. The picture one,” he admits, his voice tinged with worry. “I hope she doesn’t cause any trouble.”

I glance back at the girl and then at Alec. I can see the concern in his blue eyes, but instead of feeling intimidated, a surge of protectiveness washes over me. “Honestly? I wouldn’t mind putting her in her place after everything she’s done to you,” I say, my voice firm.

“Emma, don’t—” Alec starts, but I cut him off.

“Let’s just see what happens,” I suggest, taking another sip of my drink. The fruity liquid is cool and refreshing against my tongue, but it doesn’t quench the fire that’s ignited within me.

The girl finally makes her way over to us, and I tell the guys not to react. “She wants attention,” I remind them quietly. As she approaches, I can see the determination in her stride and the challenge in her eyes.

“Hello, boys,” she purrs, running her hand down JD’s dark, muscular arm while staring directly at Alec. JD promptly pulls his arm away with a grunt but follows my instructions and doesn’t react otherwise. I’m proud of him for keeping his cool, even though I can tell it’s taking all his self-control not to snap at her.
