My eyes widened.

"Kiki... you've got to be kidding me," I groaned.

He shook his head as he turned to leave the room. "No arguments, Blaine… my decision is final. Besides, it would benefit you to think with your brain rather than your stomach or dick.”

I scrunched my face at his revelation. This idiot is punishing me with a dry spell... Who the hell does he think he is?I groaned, taking the final bite as I leaned my head back and sighed.

Maybe this won't be so bad…Couple drinks, couple guys… hanging out… at a sausage party where I can have contact with no women… and no sex.

Oh, who am I kidding? This is going to be the worst night ever.

“Killian, so glad you could make it!” one of the men boomed.

I scoffed as Killian soaked up the attention with his trademark smirk.

Iwas the one who dragged him here, and somehowhe’sthe star of the show? Not fair. Not fair at all.

“Likewise, gentlemen. First round’s on me,” Killian said smoothly, tossing me a look just to twist the knife.

"You're trying to steal my spotlight..." I muttered.

"I know."

I rolled my eyes, sinking into the VIP couch cushion while the drinks started flowing. Women drifted through the club, carrying trays, swaying onstage, and I did my best not to look. Couldn’t have much fun with Lucifer sitting next to me, arms crossed like my penis parole officer, now could I?

A few bourbons were placed on the table, and I sighed as I turned to grab one, but I stopped in my tracks.

“Here you are, gentlemen. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.”

God, her voice sounds like she's a damn angel…almost like she was singing a wonderful song that was, unfortunately, making me uncomfortable in these pants.

Snap out of it, Blaine.

I looked over at her, and my mouth went dry. Fuck, she was gorgeous. Blonde bouncy waves. Plush lips. Eyes bright enough to gut a man or put him on his knees. And that smile… sinful, innocent, dangerous, breathtaking all at once.

One of the bastards at the table beat me to it. “Sit and have a drink with us, baby.”

I considered strangling him. Or thanking him for the suggestion.

She only smiled, shaking her head. “Sorry, not tonight. I’ve got other tables full of men ready to waste their money, so there's no bribing me, unfortunately."

"I see you're not one to be bought easily, hmm?" another one said, laughing with the others, but I remained silent as I watched her roll her eyes and stand with the tray by her side.

"Let's just say I like to keep my options open.” She winked. And then—she looked at me. Just a flicker, a spark, a little smile before she turned. My jaw clenched, my head turning discreetly as I watched her walk away.

She was one of the most beautiful women I had ever laid my eyes on… the definition of gorgeous, and to put it quite crudely...so was her ass—

Smack.

I looked over to see Killian taking a sip of his whiskey as if nothing had happened.

"I said no sexual interactions," he muttered.

I rolled my eyes. "Staring at a woman doesn't equate to taking her back to a hotel room, Lucifer. I'm still playing by your stupid rules for the night,” I snapped, downing my drink

"Good."

When he wasn’t looking, I glanced around the club discreetly, trying to find the sexy little vixen. I couldn’t stop tracking her across the room. She laughed too hard at an old man’s joke, fluttered her lashes just enough to secure a bigger tip. She was a hustler. Dangerous.Fucking perfect. And my cock? Fully on board with that fact. I’m sure my continuous effort to hide my growing excitement said plenty.
