CHAPTER ELEVEN

We walked up the familiar stairs that lead to my room at Sensation. I’d used them many times, but this time was different. We were going totalk. Who talked at a sex club? I didn’t care. Peyton needed to know the truth, and I was going to tell her whatever she wanted to know. I trusted her.

As we walked up the stairs, and I stared at her arse, I finally noticed what she was wearing. Before I hadn’t noticed anything except the glass of alcohol that was threatening to fuck up my girl. But now, as I watched her arse in her tight turquoise dress, my dick stirred. And it didn’t stir only because of her arse. No. The back of the dress was open and dropped down just before it showed the top of her perfect globes.Fuck, she was going to kill me.

Just as we passed a few doors, Peyton stopped. “Why did you check all the doors to see if they were open the other night if you have your own room?”

I looked up at the cream ceiling and ran my free hand down my face. “I never expected there to be more than one night between us. I didn’t want you to know, so I just pretended I didn’t know where to take you.”

A month ago when I was leading her up to my room, I thought it would just be sex. I didn’t care if she knew I liked to tie women up. What went on behind the doors of Sensation, stayed here. Of course, the more I thought about it, if things didn’t progress tonight, it might be a little awkward in court. I’d cross that bridge when I got to it.

“Seems there’s a lot you don’t want to tell me.”

I yanked on her hand and brought her flush with my body. “Was, gorgeous.Wasa lot I didn’t want to tell you.”

She looked into my eyes. “You’re going to tell me everything?”

“I’ll tell you anything you want to know,” I responded, staring at her pink lips.

Lips I wanted to taste again.

Lips I dreamt about.

Lips that I wanted around my dick.

I resisted and turned to walk to my room, her hand in mine still. I let Peyton enter before me.

“Did you decorate this room?” she asked, looking around as though she’d never been in it.

I chuckled. “No. It’s more that I just rent it for the night.”

“This is one expensive pay by the hour room.” She laughed.

“It’s worth every penny so I can…”

“So you can what?” she prompted.

I rubbed a hand across my neck. “Nothing.”

“Booker. Tell me.”

“So I can be with you again.”

She didn’t say anything as she slowly blinked.

“See? Stupid,” I conceded.

“I just don’t understand.”

“Come sit on the bed, and I’ll tell you whatever you want to know.” I walked the couple of feet to the foot of the King size bed, then sat and waited for her to follow. She bit her lip as she hesitated and then moved to sit next to me. She turned in to face me and our knees pressed together.

“Where do you want to start?” I asked.

“I guess we should start with the big question.”

“Which is?” I knew what she was referring to, but before I opened my mouth, I wanted to make sure.

“How do you justify having a wife and thinking I’d be okay with it?”
