We stopped near the study, watching and drinking, my arm around Kiera as she leaned against me. I looked around for Vaughn, but I didn’t see him. I wasn’t sure why I was searching for him other than I knew my wife would want to sleep with him. I’d had weeks to think about it, and I was ready for it. Kiera seemed more vibrant since that night, and had an enraptured look about her. It felt like when we’d first met, and everything was new. So, why would I not want to continue experiencing the compersion high we were on? Why would I not want to continue doing something that was making our marriage stronger?

Kiera turned into me and ran her hand against my cock. “You’re hard already.”

“Been hard, baby.”

“You wanna go to our cabana?” she asked and kissed my neck. “We can come back and watch later. Maybe see what Savior is up to.”

“Didn’t take you long to get ready.”

She trailed her lips up my neck and across my cheek to my lips. “I’ve been thinking about this night all week.”

“Then let’s go.”

I chugged my whiskey, and Kiera did the same with her drink. After we set our empty glasses down, I took her hand and led her toward the doors that went outside. Just when we were almost there, my gaze locked with Vaughn’s. I stopped walking, tugging Kiera to stop, too. She looked up at me, her mouth starting to open as though she was going to question what I was doing, but before she could, I nudged my head in Vaughn’s direction. Kiera followed my gaze, and Vaughn stood and moved to us.

“I was wondering if I’d see you two again,” he said just above the beat of the music.

“We joined,” I stated even though it had to be clear given he knew our two times as guests had happened.

“Good,” he replied. “We’ll have more fun then.”

Kiera stepped toward him, still holding my hand. She ran her finger down his tuxedo covered chest. “We were just going to go have some fun. Want to join?”

His gaze moved to me, and I nodded my approval. That was what I liked about Vaughn. He always made sure I was okay with what we were doing. He obviously respected the rules and that Kiera and I were married.

“You ready to let more people watch?”

Kiera looked at me. “Whatever you want to do,” I replied.

Vaughn clapped me on the back and squeezed. “You’re a good man, Ward.”

I beamed, proud. “Thanks, man.”

“He’s actually Firefighter of the Year.” Kiera beamed.

“No shit?” Vaughn asked.

I shrugged my reply.

“You’re a hero.” It wasn’t a question.

“He is.” Kiera wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me.

“And what about you, sweetheart?” Vaughn asked, and moved closer to sandwich her between us.

She tilted her head back against his chest, her arms still wrapped around my neck. “I’m a divorce attorney.”

Vaughn exhaled. “Noted.”

“Are you married?” I asked.

He grinned. “No.”

“Are you seeing someone?” Kiera asked as she let go of her arms and turned to face him slightly.

“No.” He shook his head. “Haven’t found someone that’s okay with the—lifestyle.”

I looked around at all the people kissing, touching, fucking. “You haven’t met anyone here?”
