“We were hoping you and Sam would hit it off, and by the looks of it you already have.”

Sam blushed bright red, which was so freaking adorable, and I couldn’t help but grin at my Papa’s comment.

“We did. Well, after he scared the poop out of me and I fell on my arse.” I giggled as I placed the platter of pancakes on the breakfast bench.

“Oh dear, what happened?” Daddy grabbed me by the waist, nuzzling my neck. “Do I need to check your cute bottom and make sure there are no bruises?”

“Daddy!” I gasped, a little shocked and mostly turned on. I shook my head and looked over at Sam, who just grinned back at me.

“You’re only working the first half of the evening right?” Papa narrowed his eyes at Sam who looked down at his hands.

“Yeah, Ruben already said he was taking over and said he had word from the ‘Management’ that I needed time off.”

“You really do, Samuel. You have been working your arse off and you deserve some time to play.” Daddy gave Sam a very stern look.

“Don’t worry Daddy, Sam is going to come play with Lilly and I tonight when he finishes his shift.” I winked at Sam and got a thankful smile in return.

Sam quietly got up from his stool. “I’m going to leave you three to it. It was lovely to meet you Seb, and can’t wait to play tonight.”

After Sam left, Daddy turned and smiled at me. “That is a fantastic idea inviting Sam to play, love. Your Papa and I want you to have a fantastic first night in the club, and I can’t think of more fun than getting to play with friends.”

I drew in a long breath excitedly. “I’m looking forward to it too, and meeting Ambrosius and the horses and exploring the hedge maze and?—”

“Whoa, slow down cutie. We have all weekend, and I promise we are going to do all of that and more.” Papa gave me a hug from the side and kissed the top of my head. It was almost too perfect.

Daddy smiled at me. His lips were glossy with melted butter; I kind of wanted to lick it off. “Sweetheart, these pancakes are perfect ,and the eggs are so fluffy. If you’re not careful we’re going to want you to make breakfast every morning.” Daddy took a huge forkful of scrambled egg into his mouth then moaned, the sound very close to the sounds he made last night while I sucked him. My cheeks flamed at the memory, and Papa grinned at me as if he knew where my thoughts had just gone.

I cleared my throat loudly, shooting Papa a glare. “That doesn’t sound like a bad thing. I like cooking, but I’m not as good as you are.”

Papa reached over and stole a pancake from my plate, his lips twisted in a mischievous smirk. “Admit it, you just want to keep hearing Daddy moan. I’m right, aren’t I?”

“You are a braddy, just like Daddy said.” I patted Papa’s cheek, stealing my pancake back and shoving it all into my mouth with a triumphant grin, chewing loudly.

Daddy reached over and wiped my face. “Careful, sweet one. Papa loves nothing more than to bait cute Littles into being cheeky.”

I swallowed my mouthful and looked at Daddy then Papa. “Why would you do that?”

“A chance to spank a cute little arse? Why wouldn’t I?” Papa chuckled. I hated to admit it, but I kind of liked the idea of Papa getting a little rough with me, maybe even spanking me until I cried.

Already in my mind they had special roles. Daddy was a cuddler and kisser, always quick to make things better and be kind, though I’d seen hints of his stern side last night.

Papa was more like a force of nature, driven by whims and a little wild, and I felt like he was going to push me past my comfort zone sometimes. I needed that, just as much as I needed the calm dominance of Daddy. They were two parts of a perfect Daddy dynamic for me, and I just hoped after this weekend they would want to see me again.

I caught Daddy looking at me and smiled brightly. I was going to be the best Little they had ever had.

More snow had fallen overnightand the grounds were covered in a pristine layer of snow. I couldn’t help but run through it, sending white plumes up into the air. I loved winter even whenwe didn’t get snow. I liked wrapping up in warm blankets and drinking hot chocolate. Winter always signified a special time of year.

“Sebastian, be careful. Don’t get too close to the duck pond please.” Daddy and Papa were walking behind me taking their time, but I was too excited. I wanted to meet Ambrosius. Llamas were my favourite animal in the whole world and the fact that Marco and Roman had one was just the icing on the perfect Daddy cake. I’d been slipping in and out of Little space ever since we’d finished the dishes and Sam had left to tend to club business. Sam and I were going to meet up in the Littles’ playroom tonight when he finished his shift. I was so excited about tonight.

Suddenly the ground disappeared beneath me, and I was falling forward into the duck pond. Only I wasn’t—strong hands had grabbed me around my waist and were pulling me backwards. I fell back onto the snow with a loudoof, only my butt didn’t feel the cold of the snow. Turning, I saw I’d landed on Papa. He’d grabbed me before I had a chance to go arse over tit into the pond.

“That could have ended badly. I think you need to pay a little more attention, sprite. You don’t want to end up in the pond.”

I looked over at the pond and shivered. The water already had a thin layer of ice over it, and I could imagine just how cold it would be. Nope, no way was I going to risk falling in. For the rest of the walk I was going to make sure I looked where I was going, and maybe make sure Papa and Daddy were between disaster and me.

The stables came into view not long after the pond near miss. It was a large red brick building with double doors which Daddy opened and led us into the interior. There were six large stalls that ran the length of the stable, and Daddy said the tack and feed rooms were at the other end. A black and white horse witha mane that reminded me of Farrah Fawcett’s hair from all those Charlie’s Angels reruns Gran and I watched. It stuck its head over a stall door and nickered softly when he saw Daddy.

Another horse popped its head out of the next stall. This one had a shiny black coat, but with the same magnificent mane as the other.
