Ponytail stayed in the car, while Bulky followed me to the entrance. The waiting lobby was circular with a huge white desk in the middle.

“Good morning! How may I help you, Mrs. Carter?” the secretary asked.

Her eyes darted behind me to Bulky waiting by the door. She pulled at her collar, then shifted her eyes back to me.

“We’re moving soon,” I said, thinking quickly. “My husband paid for the tuition?” I pointed at the computer. “We’re going to need that back.”

“All of it, ma’am?”

I just needed a quarter of one year back, but I might as well take what I could and use it as a backup plan.

“How much can I get back today?” I asked.

“Only a few years, ma’am. The rest—”

“That’s fine,” I said. “Whatever you can do. I’ll pick up the rest later.”

“It might take weeks, ma’am. The processing—”

“Please,” I begged, lowering my voice. “Just do it.”

The secretary glimpsed at Bulky again, then quickly typed on her keyboard. She went to the back room.

“Cash, please,” I shouted after her. She came back with a small envelope full of hundred-dollar bills.

“Do you need help, ma’am?” she asked quietly, eyeing Bulky. It was kind of her to ask, but I wasn’t going to get her involved in this. It was my problem, not hers.

“I’m fine,” I said. “Thank you.”

As soon as we were out of the doors, I handed the cash to Bulky, and he shouted in excitement.

“Boss is going to love this,” he said. Bulky opened the car door and shoved me in the back seat.

“You got your money,” I said. “Take me back to my car.”

“We’ll take you home. Don’t worry,” Ponytail said, a smirk laced in his tone. I swallowed my nerves down. Blister had been paid off, which meant that my ties to him were finished. But when the car merged onto the highway, heading toward Oakmont, the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end.

“I paid your boss. Take mehome,” I said.

“You didn’t pay us,” Ponytail smirked.

In the backseat, I slyly shuffled through my purse, but there was nothing. I searched the rest of the car. An object shined under the front seat. I grabbed it, finding a stun gun. I wrapped my hand around it, hiding it in my purse and waiting for the right opportunity.

Once we were in Oakmont, Ponytail pulled over into a dirt lot. Wood scraps and blocks of cement laid in piles, straw needles poking up around them. There were places like this all over Oakmont.

Ponytail opened the back door, and as soon as it opened, I shoved the stun gun on his stomach. He lurched, spasming, but Bulky grabbed me by the leg, shoving me to the ground. Dirt burned in my eyes, tiny rocks scraping against my cheek.

“Bitch,” Ponytail muttered, rubbing his arms over himself. Bulky pulled me to my feet, then shoved me over the side of the car, pinning my hands behind my back. Ponytail pulled down my pants and underwear. My heart raced.

“I paid you already,” I shouted. “Let me go!”

“I was going to be nice, but you fucking zap me?” Ponytail whined. A belt buckle jiggled, a zipper buzzing loose. A hand grabbed my pussy and my stomach twisted into knots.

“You fucking pigs,” I hissed.

“Oink, oink, bitch,” Bulky said.

An SUV screeched in front of the lot, and the two of them flinched. Ponytail pressed his cock between my ass cheeks, but Bulky let go of me, pushing up his sleeves. He pulled out his gun.
