Beige shoes that looked like something a ballerina would wear covered her feet, then her

calves were nude until a beige trench coat rippled above her knees, covering the rest of

her body. Never did I realize beige could look so good on a woman.

Her hair was light blond, and it looked natural, hanging just past her shoulders and

wavy, almost like she put no effort into it, but it still looked stunning, framing her round

face. It didn¡¯t look like she was wearing any makeup, but she must have been, because no

one¡¯s eyes could shine like hers without it, and her lips. God, her lips¡­

My jeans twitched. Fuck, I thought, as I imagined the embarrassment of walking into a

Samantha

¡°We stopped connecting, Samantha, emotionally,¡± Travis drawled over the phone

while I drove to work. ¡°I don¡¯t know when it happened, but we stopped talking and¡­ Gina

was there for me¡­¡±
