The Saint’s Grove town square is crowded and Liza finally finds a tree to lean up against. She smiles up at Andy, raising her hand to push back a lock that fell over her eyes. She holds an ice cream cone in her other hand.
“Andy, thanks for dinner. I really loved it.”
Andy leans close to her and gazes into her eyes as her tongue sneaks out of her mouth to lick around the ice cream. A deep growl erupts from deep inside Andy’s chest and his dark green eyes glow. He leans in close to her ear. He whispers in her ear, taking her soft earlobe in his hot mouth, “Babe, you’re so fucking sexy and your sweet tongue is wicked. You’re driving me crazy.”
Liza shivers and moves the cone from her mouth and turns to kiss him. The vanilla that’s on her tongue, along with her spicy peach rose scent, sends him over the edge.
He slides his arms around her small waist, and he pulls her close to him. He kisses her deeply with wild hunger.
A few moments later he pulls back, leaning his forehead against hers. He gazes into her golden brown eyes, and swallows. He shakes his head, and smiles weakly.
“Babe, would it be possible to see the event from your apartment? I really want to have you all to myself. Besides, we need to talk.”
Liza smiles a small smile, gazing into his hungry eyes.
“Do you want to like talk first or would you like to show me how crazy you are?”
Andy squints his eyes. He looks at her soft rose lips, and grins.
He leans in and whispers in her ear, taking her earlobe again, “I want to love you all night long, and I want you to show me how wicked your mouth is.”
Liza grins, and leans in to whisper in his ear. She takes a bite of his earlobe, moaning.
“Baby, I want you.”
The citizens of Saint’s Grove quickly learn about the astronomical event and gather in the town square.
The planets Earth, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury have lined up perfectly at the same time as a total lunar eclipse. The astronomical event is a phenomenal experience.
The astrology professor at the community college excitedly talks loud.
“This would most likely never happen again in our lifetimes…if ever,” says Professor Gills.
The City Council stands next to him and look up into the sky.
Families gather in groups, looking up into their telescope. The blankets are spread all over the lawn. The small children sit eating popcorn and watching the sky wide-eyed.
The Mayor walks around the town square, talking to the Saint’s Grove citizens. He grins when he spots the astrology professor. He walks over to him and extends his hand.
“Professor Gills, it’s a pleasure to see that you decided to bring your potent telescope for this special event. I know that the town folks are excited and happy to hear all about the phenomenal astronomical event. I’m going to present a speech later in the evening and I would love if you joined me. I would like you to give them an idea of the spectacular occurrence they will witness.”
Professor Gills pivots on his heels, beaming, and moves his right hand to twist his mustache. He nods. His round cheeks bounce, and his small eyes glitter with pleasure.
“Mayor Deans, I’m honored. It will be a pleasure to share a few words.”
The Mayor smiles and extends his arm to tap the Professor on the back.
“I’ll have my assistant come and get you when I’m ready.”
“Sounds great, because it will be a few hours before the alignment is complete. Then the phenomenal event will start. I’m expecting the most spectacular show.”
Sofia Rose smiles and stands next to the group, enjoying to learn about the extraordinary astronomical event that is going to take place.
Wow, to think that in all of my years of living I’ve never witness such an event and now I am. This is fucking incredible! I can’t wait to see this.
The alignment of the planets and the total solar eclipse causes an unexpected meteor shower.
The colorful shower of meteors fly across the dark sky, illuminating the night. Meteors of all different sizes crash down onto the ground, causing the earth to shake.
