“Yeah, I will. Thanks, brothers,” I say, scrubbing my face.
“I’ll update our Sire since I’m going to see him today,” Vladimir says, taking a drink of the Whiskey.
“Thanks, I’ll visit him soon as I can,” I say, nodding.
“Keep us updated on the Rogues,” Dionisie says, pulling his cut.
The leather vest that he wears since he’s playing in the MC playground he plays by their rules. So, he looks and acts like a motorcycle biker.
As long as he’s happy, I don’t care. I smile as I look at his outfit.
“Say hi to your girl,” I say, lifting my chin.
“Will do, later,” Dionisie says, teleporting out of my office.
“Indeed, keep us updated. I have to take care of some pending work before I see our Sire,” Vladimir says, lifting his chin before teleporting out of my office.
Well, that’s taken care of, now I need to finish the paperwork so I can spend all weekend with my Princess Baby.

A few weeks later.
Oh my god.
I stare at the photo lowering my eyelids to focus on the huge wound on the victim's neck where there’s an open gap as if it was torn off. Then I look at the two-round wounds near the jugular vein that appear to be almost healed.
This is so damn odd.
I’m not really into supernatural beings, and I’m not sure, I believe, but I would think that a wolf took a bite on the neck if I did. But the two-round wounds that appear to be healing appear as if it was a Vampire’s bite.
I reviewed the coroner’s office report, and there was no mention of the two-round wounds. Did they not see it?
Huh.
I might be crazy if I’m thinking of supernatural beings.
But then again, it will make sense.
All of the killings.
Right?
I don’t know if I should give Lucy my thoughts on the injuries. She might think that I’m crazy and tell David. Yeah, I can’t risk getting taken off this assignment. I only wish that I received more credit since most of the stories are the ones that I wrote.
Geeze.
I roll my neck, closing my eyes. Today I worked from home, but I worked all day nonstop. I think it’s time for me to take a shower to relax my aching back since I’ve been working all day.
I walk to the bedroom kicking off my flip flops walking to the bathroom.

The cell phone beeps. I grab it from my desk to look at the message.
