1 tube crescent roll dough sheet

1 block cream cheese

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 cup cherry pie filling

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon extract until smooth. Roll out crescent roll dough sheet on a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture down the middle of the dough. Spread cherryfilling on top of cream cheese mixture. Fold the left and right side of the dough on top of the filling. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. While the Danish is cooling, make the lemon glaze. In a small bowl mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over Danish, slice and serve.

Frittata

(Another tried and true favorite before the Brothers head out!)

8 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded Colby-jack cheese

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup diced sweet onion

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped spinach

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet over low heat, melt butter and add in all vegetables. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Place skillet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Hashbrown Casserole

(Fritz has to make a whole separate one for Rhage!)

32-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 stick butter, melted

1 can cream of cheddar soup

16-ounce container sour cream

1/2 cup diced sweet onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Velveeta cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt
