“It’s why he sent me to that boarding school,” Khrystina looks over.
“I told you, Krissy, I made sure.”
She shakes her head and finally does look up.
“Nothing beats a Texas sunset.”

“I’m not going back to that school.”
I look over and smirk. “You’re stubborn as fuck.”

“Definitely get that from our mother,” I say.
“Good because I worry about the shit I may have inherited from dad now,” her face twists up into a cringe.
“We’re gonna be alright,” I tell her.
“Can we go home?”
“Well, you have to promise not to burn down Niki’s mansion….he’s a little miffed about the ranch house.”
My sister’s face twists again and I rub her back.
“Don’t worry about it. But yes, let’s go home.”
We get into the car and drive away. I get her settled in at the mansion and in a room of her own. She’s exhausted from running and I know the feeling.
Niki wraps his arms around me again and we stare into each other’s eyes.
“Welcome home,” he smiles down on me.
“I still don’t like you,” I say.
“Don’t worry….once I have your legs pinned behind your head and I’m fucking you five ways till Sunday….the liking will happen.”

“I am, now take your ass up those stairs and into our bedroom…”
