“Oh fuck, what a beautiful mouth,” he groaned, watching her tongue the head of his stem and then begin to suck him, making the nastiest, sexiest sounds.
Where this Sheri came from she had no idea, but she saw Dean go crazy for it. She alternately smiled up at him in the way that made his tool jerk and then engulfed him, sensitive and throbbing, into her hot willing mouth. She sucked, licked, and teased until…
Dean’s breath grew harsh as he readied to come, while Sheri never let up. She picked the pace of her sucking and his balls tightened.
He came, pumping his seed into her mouth. She didn’t stop sucking and swallowing till he was done, her eyes wide in awe at how much he spilled into her waiting throat. She didn’t waste a drop and it turned him on. Sheri continued to surprise him with how much she could turn him on. It was heaven inside her, be it her mouth or her sex.
Licking him clean, Sheri savored the tanginess of her come combined with his. She loved the way their flavors blended deliciously on her tongue. Even more exhilarating was Dean drawing her up and kissing her, his arms wrapped around her.
I love you. The words popped into her head and almost fell from her lips. Thankfully, Sheri got back to herself in time and instead, buried her face in Dean’s neck with her hands resting on his lapels as she caught her breath.
The illicit thrill of their recent moments of rampant passions still twirled around them. But the kiss Dean placed on her forehead was chaste, followed by a heartfelt exhale that had her looking up at him, catching his sexy wink and smile.
“Now, I don’t know about you, but I feel worlds better.” He grinned and Sheri thought to herself that only he could make a situation like this seem funny.
“We should get back,” she said softly.
“Indeed. There’s just one more thing. You and I are going to have a long talk soon,” he said with a compelling stare.
She had no clue what that talk could entail. Would he demand she become his mistress? Maybe even ask her to leave her job so they could stop worry about complicating the business end of things?
She sighed and heard herself reply, “I have a few things I need to get off my chest too.”
Such as telling Dean she was quitting. Perhaps even moving to L.A. She didn’t doubt Guy would welcome her to stay for some time till she could get a job and a place to live. Sheri definitely needed a change of environment. Anything to ensure her cold turkey break from Dean had any effect. And the sooner she made up her mind about it, the better for them both.
Chapter 7
Sheri had too many good reasons why she had to leave Dean, but she couldn’t tell him any of them. It was clear to her that she could no longer control her feelings for him. She knew she was going to get her heart broken.
She couldn’t risk being used like the other women. A willing hot lay whenever and wherever he needed. And when he was done exploring the “fetish” of bedding his black assistant, he’d probably get her replaced.
Most especially when he discovered she’d done the unthinkable, and fallen in love with him.
The thought of a clean break looked more and more appealing, especially moving to a city where she already had at least one friend.
Now, she held back tears as she placed the last few of her items into the box on her desk. Dean was on a two-day trip to his parents’ at their secluded lake estate. By the time he returned, she would be gone. On his desk, she’d placed her letter of resignation for him to find. Already, she’d arranged for a temporary replacement till he could find someone suitable.
She knew she was being a coward not facing up to Dean and instead leaving behind his back. But there was nothing she could do.
If she had any sense, she’d just take some weeks off to the middle of nowhere in the hope no one would find her if they came looking. Working for a Forbes list billionaire had meant having to be ready at a drop of a hat. No 9 to 5 schedule for her, no. For the first time in months, she would find she had a whole lot of time to herself – and she didn’t even know what she wanted to do first.
She could visit family, but everyone lived all across the country and they only ever met up during the major holidays. As to hanging out with friends for a change, Sheri really didn’t have any close pals other than Guy. It was difficult having attachments in the world of a billionaire personal assistant.
Which I’m not anymore, she thought grimly. Had she just made the biggest mistake, throwing away such a great opportunity? Working for Dean, she’d got to learn so much from him professionally and it had been a great way to make the best contacts.
She began to have a panic attack and wondered if it was too late to dash back to the office and retrieve that resignation letter.
