He sighed. “Alright, let’s make a deal.”

“What deal?”

“Both of us are done with this, the guilt, the regret, all that shit.” He said.

She smirked. “Does that mean you’ll start looking properly at me again?”

He frowned.

“Like you’re not afraid to see me naked?” She added.

“Come here.” He said and she sat down next to him on the ottoman. He took her face in his hands, and kissed her. She gasped kissing him back, wrapping her tongue around his, half devouring him.

“Fuck me. Please.” She said against his mouth.

He opened his eyes staring into hers. “Now?”

She nodded. “Unless…”

“Unless what?”

“Do we have time?” She asked. They were only meant to be packing, grabbing some things then heading down to Norton Park. Was it fair to monopolise his time when his mother had literally just died?

“We have more than enough time for what I’d want to do.” He said.

“What are you thinking Cole Black?”

He smirked. “You owe me a reward remember?”

She frowned confused. “What for?”

“Back when you were in Kent, when Jennifer…”

“Oh I forgot about that.”

He grinned. “I didn’t Maddie.”

“You seriously want to claim that now?” She asked narrowing her eyes.

“Yeah I do.”

“Fine, whatever.” She said. “What do you want to do?”

He smirked. “I want free rein.”

“What?” She said quickly.

“Complete and utter free rein.”

“Are you serious?” She said.

“And in exchange I’ll let you tie me up.”

“What? That makes no sense.”

“Give me free rein this time and I’ll give you free rein too, just once, just to see what you’d do.”

She scanned his face. Was he actually serious? She wasn’t even fully recovered, she still felt weak. What if he pushed it too far? But she trusted him didn’t she? She trusted that he knew her limits, her real limits.
